Pavel walked into the washroom to take a break from the party's commotion. After finishing his business, he stood at the sink, washing his hands and checking his reflection in the mirror. The evening had been unexpectedly stressful, and he needed a moment to compose himself.
As he stared into the mirror, adjusting his tie, he almost jumped out of his skin when he saw Pooh's reflection behind him, holding a bottle of Golden Grain, one of the strongest alcoholic drinks available. Pavel's heart raced as he tried to ignore Pooh's intense, siren-like eyes.
"Pooh, what are you doing here?" Pavel asked, his voice a little shaky.
Pooh took a swig from the bottle, his eyes never leaving Pavel. "Just needed a break from all the dancing," he said, a smug smile on his face.
Pavel turned back to the mirror, attempting to focus on anything other than Pooh's presence. When he was about to leave, Pooh scoffed, his voice dripping with sarcasm. "You have such a pretty face, Pavel. Just like a Barbie doll. Damn."
Pavel stopped in his tracks, turning to face Pooh. He watched as Pooh gulped down another drink, his eyes trailing over Pavel's figure. Pavel felt a mix of irritation and confusion as he subconsciously straightened his clothes, his hand moving to clutch his wedding ring for reassurance.
Pooh noticed the movement and scoffed again. "Relax, Pavel. I'm married too. Don't worry."
Pavel took a deep breath, trying to steady his nerves. "W-what do you want, Pooh?"
Pooh's eyes gleamed with mischief. "What do I want?" he repeated, stepping closer. "Well, Mr. Pavel..." Pooh's voice trailed off as he grabbed Pavel's hands, pulling him closer.
Pavel's breath hitched as Pooh leaned in, inhaling the scent of his neck. "Wow, such a sweet smell," Pooh murmured, his voice husky. Pavel looked away, desperately trying to avoid eye contact, but he could feel Pooh's hot breath on his skin.
Suddenly, Pooh's fingers traced over Pavel's lips, sending shivers down his spine. Before Pavel could react, Pooh pressed his lips against Pavel's, the kiss forceful and claiming.
Pavel's mind raced, his initial shock slowly giving way to a mix of emotions he couldn't fully process. He pushed Pooh away, his breathing heavy and erratic.
"Pooh, what the hell was that?" Pavel demanded, his voice a mix of anger and confusion.
Pooh took a step back, a smug smile playing on his lips. "Just a little fun, Pavel. You're too tense. Maybe you should loosen up a bit."
Pavel wiped his mouth, his eyes narrowing at Pooh. "This isn't funny, Pooh. You can't just—"
"Relax," Pooh interrupted, raising his hands in mock surrender. "Consider it a reminder that life is too short to be so serious all the time."
Pavel shook his head, trying to make sense of what had just happened. "You're crazy," he muttered, turning to leave the washroom.
As he walked out, he could still feel the lingering sensation of Pooh's touch and the taste of the alcohol-laced kiss. Pavel knew that things had just gotten a lot more complicated.
