Pavel woke up with a mild headache after last night's activities. It was a  long night.

As he slowly opened his eyes and sat up in bed, he checked if he was naked. Glancing down at his body, he noticed it was covered with love bites, reminders of the passionate night with Pooh. Pavel blushed slightly and then looked up to see Pooh standing next to the bed, a ball python draped over his back.

Pooh seemed to be petting the python gently.

Pavel's eyes widened, and he screamed, "Ahh! What the—?!"

Pooh just laughed, a warm and hearty sound. "Don't worry, Pavel. Kevin is innocent."

Pavel clutched his heart, his breath coming in quick gasps. "You... you named that snake?"

Pooh smiled reassuringly. "It's not just a snake, Pavel. It's a ball python. They're very gentle and harmless."

Pavel's eyes darted between Pooh and the snake, his voice still shaky. "Kevin? You named him Kevin?"

"Yep," Pooh said, stroking the python's smooth scales. "He's a sweetheart. Look, he's not even trying to move."

Pavel swallowed hard, trying to steady his nerves. "Why... why do you have a ball python in the first place?"

Pooh chuckled again. "Why not? They make great pets. Very low maintenance, and they're fascinating creatures. Want to hold him?"

Pavel shook his head vigorously. "No, no. I'm good."

Pooh moved closer, gently shifting Kevin so the python was now curled around his arm. "You don't have to be afraid. Kevin's really friendly. But I get it, it's a lot to take in first thing in the morning."

Pavel finally managed a weak smile. "Yeah, you could say that. Last night was wild enough without adding a snake into the mix."

Pooh laughed, his eyes twinkling with amusement. "Well, I am glad that you had fun"

Pavel took a deep breath, his heart rate slowly returning to normal. "Okay, just... keep Kevin over there, and we'll be fine."

"Deal," Pooh said, settling down on the edge of the bed with Kevin still coiled around his arm. "So, how's the headache?"

Pavel groaned softly, rubbing his temples. "It's manageable. Just need some water and maybe some aspirin."

Pooh reached over to the bedside table, grabbing a bottle of water and some painkillers. "Here, this should help."

"Thanks," Pavel said, taking the offered items. He downed the pills with a gulp of water, then leaned back against the pillows. "You're full of surprises, you know that?"

Pooh grinned. "That's part of my charm."

Pavel chuckled, feeling a bit more relaxed. "Yeah, I guess it is. Just no more surprises for today, okay?"

"Promise," Pooh said, giving Kevin one last affectionate pat before placing the python back in its enclosure. "Let's just take it easy today."

"Sounds good to me," Pavel said, finally starting to feel at ease. "Sounds good."
