Pavel was dressing for his day at the parliament office,  adjusting his tie in front of the mirror. The early morning light streamed through the window, casting a soft glow around the room. As he reached for his blazer, Pooh appeared behind him, wrapping his arms around Pavel's waist.

Pooh inhaled Pavel's scent deeply, a mix of fresh cologne and the lingering warmth of the morning shower. He placed a quick, affectionate kiss on Pavel's cheek, both of them now staring at their reflection in the mirror.

"Pavel?" Pooh's voice was tender, filled with unspoken emotion.

"Hmm?" Pavel responded, his eyes meeting Pooh's in the mirror, a soft smile playing on his lips.

"I love you, okay? I love you so much," Pooh confessed, his voice barely a whisper yet resonating with deep sincerity.

Pavel chuckled softly, his smile widening. "I know, Pooh," he replied, his voice gentle and filled with affection. "I love you too."

"T- thank you.." Pooh said tightening his grip on Pavel's waist.

" why?"

" never thought you would fall in love with me" Pooh said placing his head on Pavel's shoulders as Pavel ruffled Pooh's hair.

"Close your eyes," Pooh ordered softly, his tone playful yet serious.

Pavel raised an eyebrow but obeyed, closing his eyes and trusting Pooh implicitly.

He felt Pooh's hands move away from his waist, and then the cool touch of metal against his skin as Pooh carefully wrapped a necklace around his neck. The pendant rested against his collarbone, and when Pooh told him to open his eyes, Pavel did so.

They both stared at the reflection in the mirror. The necklace had a pendant that read "DADDY'S" in elegant, bold letters. Pavel's eyes widened slightly, and he felt a surge of emotion.

"It's beautiful," Pavel whispered, his voice thick with emotion. He turned slightly to look at Pooh, his eyes shining with love and gratitude.

Pooh smiled, his eyes equally filled with emotion. "I wanted you to have something special, something that shows how much you mean to me," he said softly, his arms wrapping around Pavel's waist again, holding him close.

Pavel placed his hand over the pendant, feeling its weight and the significance it carried. "Thank you, Pooh," he said, his voice barely above a whisper. "I love it. And I love you."

They stood there for a moment, staring at each other as their whole lives were depending on it.

Their car ride was quiet, each lost in their own thoughts, the comfortable silence between them filled with unspoken understanding. As they pulled up to the parliament office, the car came to a gentle stop.

They stepped out, and Pooh, ever the affectionate one, took Pavel's hand softly and placed a quick kiss on it.

Pavel blushed, a warm flush spreading across his cheeks as he tried to walk inside the office. But Pooh had other plans. He pulled Pavel close, wrapping him in a back hug, his arms secure and loving around Pavel's waist.

"P-Pooh, people might see," Pavel stammered, trying to break the hug, his voice a mix of worry and embarrassment.

"Just one minute," Pooh whispered, his voice filled with gentle insistence. He held Pavel a moment longer, savoring the closeness, before finally letting him go.

Pavel straightened his blazer, his blush deepening as he glanced around to see if anyone had noticed.

Pooh smiled, giving Pavel an encouraging nod. They walked together to the elevators, the quiet hum of the office beginning to fill the air.

As the elevator doors opened, they shared one last look, their eyes speaking volumes. They stepped inside, and when the elevator reached their floor, they parted ways for their separate offices, the bond between them still palpable despite the distance.
