"Papa, is she okay?" Prim asked, her innocent eyes wide with concern as she stared at the unconscious pregnant lady.

"Hmm, she will be fine," Pavel replied, gently massaging the woman's face with a soft towel. He had found her collapsing outside the convenience store and acted quickly, taking her to the hospital for immediate medical attention. After running an ECG, checking her pulse, and ensuring every other aspect of her health, the doctors confirmed that she and her unborn baby were stable.

Pavel's wife had gone to work, and he had just picked up Prim from her kindergarten. They were heading to the convenience store to buy ice cream when they came across the woman. The image of her collapsing haunted him, so he couldn't leave her alone.

Since the doctors said she was fine but she had nowhere to go since she didn't have any guardian with her , Pavel decided to bring her to his condo to rest and recuperate.

Pavel's phone buzzed incessantly with calls and texts from Pooh, but he was too occupied with taking care of the pregnant woman to respond. He made sure she was comfortable, checking her pulse periodically and keeping a close watch on her condition.

Meanwhile, Pooh, who was frantic after his parliament working hours, drove towards his burning house. His mind raced with fear and worry as he saw the flames consuming everything he owned, the chaos starkly contrasting with Pavel's calm and caring presence. Pooh's thoughts were scattered, unable to focus as he desperately tried to understand what had happened and where his wife could be. The image of their life going up in flames mirrored the turmoil in his heart.

As the pregnant woman rested in Pavel's condo, oblivious to the chaos unfolding in her own life, Pavel continued to care for her, his fatherly instincts kicking in.

Prim watched with wide eyes, absorbing the compassion and kindness her father showed, even to strangers.
