Chapter 6 - Capture

Momo: Ummm, Lord Lucifer, sir, the person arriving now is Yuki Hyoudou, and she is armed, with an AR 15 Assault Rifle a Golden Desert Eagle Pistol and a foot-long hunting knife.

Grayfia and Richard were shocked that the situation had escalated to that level and needed to do damage control before things got out of hand.

Akeno: Sona, go to Yuki. She is extremely protective of both Naomi and Ise, and this might just be a bloodbath.

Yuki was walking up the stairs towards the Student Council room when she shouted

Yuki: ALRIGHT!!!!! WHERE IS THE FUCKING SLUT THAT NEARLY GOT MY BROTHER KILLED??? I GOT NUMEROUS BULLETS AND A KNIFE WITH HER NAME ON IT!!!!!!!!

Currently

Sona was on her way to intercept Yuki as Akeno finally calmed Naomi down enough to have a rational conversation as she explained that there would be processes that guide everything forward.

Akeno: Naomi, right now, we need to stop Yuki before something goes wrong. She's armed and ready to fight.

Naomi: She flew in that quickly from MIT.

Sona: Yuki, please calm down. You should know the situation is being dealt with accordingly.

Yuki: I couldn't give any fucks about that, just give me the slut that got my brother killed and we're golden.

[Communication Incoming — Dad]

Yuki: Dad?

Gorou: Yuki, there is no need for mayhem over there. Richard is there to deal with the situation.

Yuki: Dad, you should know that I won't let this slide, I flew in as soon as I heard of this, and the slut that caused this is going to pay!

Gorou: Calm the fuck down, Yuki! Ise is awake they are doing checkups on him right now, I'll come there to pick both you and Naomi up so you can see him, okay? Right now, just put all your weapons back in the car and go to the Student Council room and wait for me there, I'll come, and your Grandmother and Richard will deal with the situation accordingly, are we clear?!

Yuki:........................ Yes, Dad.

[Communication Ended]

Yuki: Let's just head to the office, dad is coming there and I'd rather not waste time.

In the Student Council Office, Richard received a message from Gorou that he'd be coming to get Yuki and Naomi.

Richard: You know, Rias, you should be grateful that Akeno and Sona calmed those two down, since they are the granddaughters of Amaterasu, they would be more than in their legal right to punish whoever did wrong in Shinto-Youkai Territory. But since those two knew Sona and Akeno for a while, they calmed. Your punishment will be in discussion soon, by leaving someone to die, no less my son, you committed several grave crimes, but you won't be tried by the Devils alone.

Grayfia, please make a call to Venelana and Zeoticus Gremory along with a call to Sirzechs and Serafall to come here immediately. Miki and Amaterasu will be here as well, though Miki won't be participating in this meeting. She'll be going to the Underworld to see Tatsumi.

Timeskip - 5 minutes later

Venelana, Zeoticus, Sirzechs, and Serafall teleported to the Student Council, where they were met with a still-fuming Yuki and Naomi, though they had been calmed by Akeno and Sona. Venelana felt a familiarity with Yuki and Naomi, and so did Sirzechs but they left it for the time being. As they entered, they bowed to Richard and took a seat.

Venelana: Lord Lucifer, if I may ask, why we are here today?

Richard: You'll find that out soon, there are still some people who are to come here.

As they talked, on the other side, Gorou teleported in at the same time as Miki, Amaterasu and Shuri. Shuri, Amaterasu and Miki were met with a hug from Akeno, much to the shock of Sona.

Gorou: Miki, you'll be going with Yuki and Naomi to the Underworld to see Ise, I have a feeling this is a meeting I cannot miss, I'll fill you in on the details of everything later. This is a flier from Kanna, Richard's daughter so you can teleport to the hospital.

Miki: Of course

Miki, Naomi and Yuki then teleported to the Underworld as Amaterasu, Akeno, Sona, Shuri and Gorou entered the main office. Two people were shocked to see him, that being Venelana and Sirzechs, but he told them that they'd talk later.

As they took their positions, Akeno stood next to her mother, behind Amaterasu and Gorou as Sona sat next to Rias though she didn't want to, knowing what she did, as the peerages stood behind Sona as well. Richard then began speaking.

Richard: I am sure, most of you are wondering why you are here, I had already told the situation to the two peerages, and this situation is known to Lady Amaterasu , the Shinto and Youkai Factions as well.

Yesterday there was an incident, a fallen angel, a rogue fallen angel, killed a resident of this town. But I along with Lady Amaterasu have found out that this was part of an elaborate scheme to gain a peerage piece in an immoral way. I had already talked to the peerages and we ascertained who was responsible for this.

Richard pulled out the Gremory summoning flier he found in Tatsumi's jacket, much to the shock and horror of Venelana, Zeoticus, Sirzechs and Serafall.  Whilst the others maintained a heavy glare on Rias who shrunk.

Amaterasu: The reason for my presence is due to the accord my faction made with Lord Lucifer and the fact that the person who was attacked is a member of my immediate family, though adopted.

Serafall: If I may ask, Lady Amaterasu, the person in question, what sort of relation does the person in question have?

Amaterasu: Well he is my adoptive grandson, the girls that you saw outside, they are my granddaughters and his elder adoptive sisters. But he does not only hold relations with me.

But I just also found out that he holds a connection to the Devil Faction ,but Lord and Lady Lucifer will explain that.

Richard: As it turns out, Lady Amaterasu and her family, which is her daughter Miki and her husband Gorou, found Tatsumi alive here in Kuoh and adopted him, and gave him the name Issei and he was the one who was attacked and nearly killed yesterday.

The Gremory's eyes widened in horror as the found out how grave the crime Rias committed was, they wondered what would happen.

Richard: Serafall, your sister mentioned that she called you to confirm that the Fallen Angels who were here in Kuoh were rogue, can you confirm that statement?

Serafall: That I can my Lord, she informed me of the Fallen presence and wanted to make sure all the dots and Ts were covered before doing anything.

Grayfia: And Rias prevented her from taking action against said Fallen, stating that she'd take care of them herself. But it ended up with my son nearly dying as a result.

Amaterasu: With that statute up in the air, both Youkai and Shinto Factions are demanding the head of Rias Gremory, and that includes my brothers Susanoo and Tsukuyomi who hold Tatsumi in high regard, though, we discussed this yesterday with Lord Lucifer, that a trial would take place, a joint Tribunal between the Shinto and Devil Factions to get to the bottom of this. The other reason why I am here with my attendant Shuri Himejima, is to arrest Rias Gremory so that she can stand trial.

Rias was horrified that she would be arrested.

Rias: No w-wait you've got this all wrong.

Venelana slapped Rias harshly, as she spoke.

Venelana: Not another word from you, you  have placed the Gremory family at risk with your actions. Simply because of an arranged marriage, you take this course of action, you have had all the time in the world to train but did none of that and lazed around. Consider all your rights as a member of the Gremory family revoked, you will no longer be the heiress of the family, that title will go to Millicas, you've disappointed me heavily, I can't even stand to look at you right now.

Amaterasu nodded at Shuri who then restrained Rias with anti-magic spells  before arresting her and taking her away.
