As the days passed, Aria and the girls found solace in each other's company, their bond growing stronger with each passing moment. Stella, still not on good terms with the Winx, spent most of her time with Aria and the others, finding comfort in their unwavering support.
Meanwhile, Andrea couldn't contain her excitement as she made plans to introduce Roy, her boyfriend, to her parents. She dialed his number on her phone, her heart fluttering with anticipation as she waited for him to pick up.
"Hey, Roy," Andrea said with a smile. "I have something important to talk to you about."
Roy's voice came through the phone, tinged with concern. "What is it, Andrea? Is everything okay?"
Andrea took a deep breath, gathering her thoughts before speaking. "I want you to meet my parents," she said earnestly. "I want them to see how much you mean to me."
There was a pause on the other end of the line before Roy spoke again, his voice hesitant. "But Andrea, what if they don't accept me? I'm not royalty like you."
Andrea's heart ached at the doubt in Roy's voice, but she knew what she had to say. "Roy, you have nothing to worry about," she said firmly. "I love you, and I'll always be by your side. Together, we can face anything."
Roy fell silent for a moment, his mind racing with uncertainty. But eventually, he let out a soft sigh. "Okay, Andrea," he said finally. "I'll trust you. Let's do this."
A smile spread across Andrea's face as she hung up the phone, her heart overflowing with love for the man who had stolen her heart. She couldn't wait to introduce him to her parents and show them just how much he meant to her.
"Meet me later today, Roy," Andrea whispered to herself, her eyes shining with excitement. "We're in this together, no matter what." Roy smiled at that." You're right."
Aria was gathering her thoughts, when her phone buzzed, displaying her father's number. With a mixture of curiosity and dread, she answered.
"Dad, what's up?" Aria asked, her voice tense.
"Aria, I just spoke with Sky's parents," her father's tone was grave. "They mentioned that Sky asked them to end your engagement."
Aria felt her heart drop to the pit of her stomach. "What? Why?" she managed to utter, her voice trembling with disbelief.
"They didn't provide details. They just thought you should know," her father explained.
Aria's mind raced with questions, her emotions a tangled mess. What could have prompted Sky to take such a drastic step without even talking to her?
As the call ended, Aria's hands shook with a mixture of anger and hurt. She tried calling Sky, but there was no answer. Panic rising, she attempted several times more, each with the same result.
Feeling lost and confused, Aria stepped out of her room, only to bump into Stella in the hallway.
"Stella, have you seen Sky?" Aria blurted out, her voice edged with urgency.
Stella frowned in confusion. "Sky? The one with brown hair and brown eyes?" she asked, puzzled.
Aria's heart sank at the mention of Sky's supposed appearance. "No, Stella. Sky has blonde hair and blue eyes," she corrected. Why did she think Sky had brown hair and brown eyes?
Stella's eyes widened in realization. "Wait, you mean..." she trailed off, a look of shock crossing her face."
Aria nodded, her throat tight with emotion. "Yes, Stella. Something's not right."
Stella's eyes widened in disbelief as she pieced together the puzzle. "So, Brandon is actually Sky?" she asked, looking at Aria who seemed utterly confused. "How did you come to that conclusion?" Aria questioned, her confusion evident. "Well, Sky said he was Brandon, and Brandon said he was Prince Sky," Stella explained. Aria's confusion deepened, causing her to momentarily forget what she was supposed to be doing.
"The Sky I know has blonde hair and blue eyes and Brandon has brown hair." Aria's words hung in the air, causing Stella's eyes to widen in disbelief. Stella's heart raced as she mustered the courage to confront Aria. "Why are you looking for Sky?" she asked, her voice trembling with a mix of confusion and hurt.
Aria's gaze shifted, her eyes filled with a hint of guilt. "Because my father called me," she confessed, her voice barely above a whisper. "He told me that Sky is trying to break up our engagement."
Stella's shock deepened, her mind struggling to process the newfound information. Since when were Aria and Sky dating? How had she missed the signs? Questions flooded her thoughts, but she couldn't find the words to express her bewilderment.
"You and Sky are dating?" Stella asked, surprised. Aria nodded, unsure of what was coming next. Stella's expression softened with sympathy. "Aria, there's something you need to know," she began hesitantly. " Now don't get upset, I didn't know that you and Sky were dating so I didn't really think much of it but now that you said it. I overheard Bloom and Sky talking. They... they were more than just friends." She said wanting to get the secrets out so that Aria doesn't find out the hard way.
Aria felt like the ground had been ripped out from under her. "What?" she whispered, her voice barely audible.
Stella nodded sadly. "I think Sky might have changed his identity to be with Bloom."
Aria's heart shattered into a million pieces. Everything suddenly made sense – the secrecy, the sudden breakup, the lies. Anger and betrayal surged through her veins.
"I need to go," Aria said, her voice steely with determination. "I need to get to the bottom of this."
As Aria exited, Stella quietly trailed behind her, crossing her fingers that she wouldn't initiate any violent behavior.
Hannah and Flora walked side by side, their conversation light and carefree as they approached the moonlit courtyard door.
Hannah let out a sigh of relief as they walked out of the classroom. "That test was insane," she muttered, shaking her head.
Flora nodded in agreement, her brow furrowed in concentration. "I was convinced my pencil was going to vanish with the sheer number of questions we had to answer," she confessed, a hint of frustration in her voice.
Hannah chuckled, a mischievous glint in her eyes. "Well, at least we survived it together," she said, bumping shoulders with Flora as they made their way down the hallway.
Suddenly, the tranquil atmosphere shattered as shadowy figures materialized, encircling them with ominous intent. Startled, Hannah and Flora stumbled backward, their hearts racing with fear as the creatures closed in.
With swift and coordinated strikes, the shadows overwhelmed them, knocking them to the ground. Hannah's crystal necklace slipped from her neck and clattered onto the floor.
Struggling against the assault, Hannah and Flora fought back, but the creatures were relentless. In a flash, one of them seized Hannah's crystal and vanished into the darkness, leaving behind a stunned silence.
As Hannah and Flora picked themselves up, shaken and bewildered, they exchanged concerned glances. "Are you okay?" Flora asked, her voice filled with worry.
Hannah nodded, her eyes wide with shock. "I think so," she replied shakily. "What... what just happened?"
Flora's brow furrowed in confusion. "I'm not sure," she admitted, her voice trembling slightly. "But they took your crystal."
Hannah's heart sank as the gravity of the situation sank in. "We need to tell the others," she said, her voice tinged with urgency.
With trembling hands, they steadied each other and made their way back to their dorm room, their minds racing with questions and fears.
