Yena was getting really tired of meeting up at the Big House. It felt like a daily routine at this point to head there and get some bad news.

When she and the others arrived, Chaewon, Minju, and a girl she hadn't seen before were already talking with Seunggi.

"Looks like you've formed a full team," Seunggi said when he noticed the four girls enter. He had a grim expression on his face though, making it look like he'd aged ten years

"Please take a seat."

Yena sat down in one of the chairs and asked the first question on her mind. "So, who's Kronos?"

"Someone who should still be rotting in Tartarus..." Seunggi murmured, which didn't really help.

"Long before the Greek gods we know today existed, the Titans reigned over the world," the new girl, who introduced herself as Kang Hyewon, explained.

"The king of them all was Kronos, funnily enough the father of a lot of the major gods."

"Which makes him... our grandfather?" Yujin asked.

"Yeahp, think of him like your typical old man, mad at the world for changing, not accepting their time has come, and leading a mass war to usurp their children's throne and plunge the world into chaos," Yuri replied.

"Wait, back up a bit to that last part," Yena said. "He had a war with our parents?"

"Two, actually," Minju answered. "One thousands of years ago... and one less than a decade ago."

Yena, Chaewon, and Yujin then listened intently as the others recounted the great battle of Manhattan several years ago. The Camp Half-Blood based on Long Island led by a son of Poseidon, Percy Jackson, went to war against Kronos, who had gained power through the doubt of scorned demigod children towards their parents. He was just about to gain back his full strength by possessing the body of a child of Hermes, Luke Castellan, when the demigod host rebelled and sacrificed himself.

"That was the scene from my dream..." Chaewon said once the story was over.

"Yes, it was. What was different though was that voice at the end. It said that he wasn't defeated and the inevitable was just delayed," Hyewon replied.

"You think that was him?" Yuri asked nervously.

"There was another part before that. We were in Tartarus and saw some kind of egg incubating. He might have reformed quicker than we thought." Hyewon said before pausing.

"Oh, you three probably aren't familiar with that part yet. Monsters don't die. You've seen how they crumble to dust, right? They just head back down to Tartarus and reform. Sometimes, it takes years, sometimes it can be weeks, but they always come back."

Yena thought about this for a second. The monsters that they've defeated to get to camp would just return to torment them again. It wasn't a comforting feeling.

"So, you're saying that this evil ancient being who we thought was dead is somehow still alive and coming back soon."

"Unfortunately, it looks like that's the case. Back then, Kronos' influence caused Luke Castellan to steal Zeus' symbolic weapon and blame Percy Jackson. We could be looking at something similar. He may have had someone assassinate that Korean god to create chaos," Suenggi replied

"Thanks gramps..." Yena muttered. "So, how does this info change our plans? Are we still heading to the underworld?"

"Yeah, we have no other leads on who the killer is. It's our best bet," said Minju.
