Days quietly passed as the Queen dowager schemed against the crown prince and yourself. You knew she was after all you gave her something so perfect to use against you and you knew she was a woman who took the opportunities she was given. You just hoped it worked, but you couldn't show any hesitation. This was not only for your benefit but for others, you had to convince yourself it would work. Because if it did, it would be so pleasing.

"Your highness are you sure she will act, it's been 4 whole days." Hana said as she prepared your hair for the coronation.

"She will today, I'm counting on it." You smiled.

"Aren't you worried she will ruin your image?" Jin asked. "You've done nothing wrong, what if everyone believes her?" Jin said getting emotional as anger started to slip into her words. She wasn't going to let such a silly thing harm you.

"Do you believe her?" You asked your court ladies. They both took a second before shaking their heads. "Then I do not care what others believe, after all Seongnam will be the one to decide." You had over 100% faith in your husband, he knew what he was doing and you knew he trusted you.

The coronation went ahead and everyone who was someone was present. Spectators from all over the globe and Kingdom. As such important day called for such an important audience, an audience that held so much power. There were Chinese royalty, diplomats, families of the court as well as people from the palace.

"I can't believe she's going to be Queen." Doyoon said sat next to your siblings and father. He was more shocked of the fact his little little little sister was now a full grown adult than anything else.

"Talking about queens, where's the Queen mother?" Yujun looked around, finding the woman he disliked so much to be nowhere.

"She's probably in her room scheming , or pretending to be sick so attention drifts to her." Your father quietly jabbed at the woman he too disliked.

"Well she won't put a sour mark on today, it's Crown Prince Seongnam and Crown Princess Y/n's day." Doyoon said trying to remind everyone the real reasons of today, rather than being occupied with some unnecessary drama.

"Oh it will be nice to see Y/n again." Hayun commented, excited to have a sister catch up after the whole ceremony is complete.

"I can't believe she's still pregnant." Jiyun commented. Confused on how a woman could stay pregnant for so long. "How much longer can the baby stay in there?"

"Maybe it's really fat?" Yujun commented earning a hit from his older sister. Your father just tsked as Doyoon let out a laugh.

"Both Y/n and the baby are fine, the date was probably guessed incorrectly. It happened with you and Yejun too as well as Y/n." Your father said calmly.

"So it is fat?" Yujun commented seeing that as what your father meant. Because Yujun convinced himself you were a fat baby, when in fact you weren't.

"Can you at least be quiet, it's not just the kingdom listening to your immature words but also the world." Hayun scolded her younger brother. The siblings went quiet when the ceremony officially began. All composing themselves as if they were new to the noble lifestyle.

After the official events of the coronation you and Seongnam sat on the throne together. Watching the performances by the palace dancers that took place. You both had to keep your eyes on the performance, it was an unwritten rule. So Seongnam slightly leant to whisper to you.

"Has anything happened with the Queen dowager?" He whispered trying to stay as normal as he possibly could.

"Please be patient my king. She's a clever woman." You commented with your focus fully on the dancers.
