ok so boom, when I was little, like from day one to like 11 years old, I was on auto pilot. I had no personality, no taste in music, no taste in clothes and the only celebrities I knew were zendaya and tom holland. (I don't fw zendaya or tom holland now bc of them not speaking up abt 🍉).
anyway when I turned 12 years old I started to develop my own thoughts and ideas. and basically I had one playlist on Spotify and it consisted of brutal by olivia rodrigo, watermelon by Harry styles, and levitating by dua lipa....

anyway my window into discovering real music was tyler the creator and kanye west. the first person I ever REALLY listened to was tyler. his music just lingered on me, tyler is still my number one artist to this day bc of that.
tbh when I was at that age I still had no idea who tf kanye was I just knew that he was kim k's ex and people either really loved him or really hated him. anyway I have no idea what made me love kanye's music but if I remember correctly it was probably flashing lights bound 2.
however I just want to make it clear that just because I like his music doesn't mean that I agree with the things he says or think they're ok.
anyway the artist I think resonated with me the most was childish gambino, and this was longgg before he got popular for his music.
currently I'm fixating on one particular artist, orville peck...
I have to say that you have not lived until you've listened to orville peck, he is truly an angel on earth, his voice is so captivating and timeless, I truly fear that no artist will be able to capture the same timeless tunes as orville peck.
however every good thing has its faults, I feel that his album "pony" is the only one worth listening to. The whole album was absolutely spectacular nevertheless the song that really stuck with me were dead of night and turn to hate.
(I feel like a real critic, I love the topic of music a lot)
