When the movement of the bed started slowing down, I breathed out before feeling Danny pull out then he kissed my chest before hovering over me. I cupped his face then smiled before bringing him down to me, and connecting our lips.
After our kiss, he pulls away then breathes heavy over me. I saw him smiling before leaning down to kiss me again, then he leans his forehead against mine.
Our breathing was coming back to normal, and he finally rolled off of me. I turned over to face him as he laid on his back, and I watched his chest rise up and down. He looks over at me then smiles before folding his arms behind his head and sighing.
"Kris."
"Yes?" I look over at him as he turns to look at me.
"When can we have a baby?"
"I don't know." I shrug.
"I'm ready."
"I'm not though." I spoke, then saw him look away. I heard him sigh, and I reached over to place my hand on his chest. "It has to be the right time. Right now is not. I'm still living with my mom. I haven't figured out life. Plus, you don't have a job."
"I can easily get a job." Danny looks over me. "I can work with my dad."
"Doing what he does?" I ask, knowing that his dad is just a dishwasher at the local restaurant in town. He didn't make much because Danny was always complaining about it.
"It's better than nothing. I didn't finish high school. I didn't go to college."
"You can still go, Danny."
"To college? Hell no."
"Why not?"
"Because I don't want to."
"Danny, you're twenty-four. You're still young."
"College isn't for me. Just like high school wasn't for me." Danny sighs as he looks up at the ceiling. I knew that talking to him about college wasn't the best idea, because he didn't like the idea of me wanting him to go.
"What are we going to do then? How are you going to pay for us an apartment?"
"My dad gives me money every week, babe." He smiles at me. "We'll make it, I promise." I saw him turn over to face me, then he reaches over to place his hand on my cheek. "I love you."
As I reach up to grab his wrist, I let out a small smile. "I love you too."

After coming back from Danny's house, I hopped off the bike then took my helmet off. I saw him take his off as well when I placed mine on the seat of his bike. I looked towards the house, then felt Danny grab my hands. I look over at him as he was smiling at me, then he pulls me to him before wrapping his arms around me.
"Do you think Ember would let me come in?"
"Not sure." I leaned against his chest, then pulled away to look up at him. "She's not any worse than my mom, but she's still kinda strict." I glance towards the house before looking back at him.
"I wanted to talk to you about something, babe."
"What?" I felt him swing our arms together as he was smiling at me.
"When we find an apartment together, and we get settled in. I really want to try for a baby." He smiles at me, then I sighed as I tried pulling away from him. "What?" He tried grabbing my hands, but I shook my head.
"Understand this, Danny... I'm not ready. Please respect that and stop bringing it up." I saw him slowly nod before looking at his bike. I knew Danny wanted a family, but I wasn't ready for that commitment.
