THIRD PERSON POV

Taehyung was pulling Jungkook along, gripping his left hand tightly with his right one.

Jungkook was beyond irritated, he desperately wished he could break free from Taehyung's grasp and run.

Jungkook and Taehyung knew each other since they were little kids. Jungkook can't even recall the first time they met. Taehyung has always been a lively kid who is constantly getting into trouble. And Jungkook thinks he's still just as mischievous.

Mrs. Jeon and Mrs. Kim have an inseparable connection. They have been friends since their school days, and even after getting married, they have remained close like family friends.

Taheyung exclaimed with excitement, "here we are!" as they faced a lively burger joint in a busy food court.

"Since we're already here, why don't you go grab us something?" Jungkook casually suggested, adding, "Oh, and could you also get me a milkshake?" He strolled over to an unoccupied table.

"Absolutely, Sir!" Taehung exclaimed enthusiastically, flashing a bright smile as he gracefully bowed at a dramatic 90-degree angle.

Jungkook was busy scrolling through his phone when Taehyung approached their table with a tray full of food.

With a big smile on his face, Taehyung placed the tray down and said, "See! hyung brought your favorite nana milk and a double cheese burger, just for you, Kookie!" Then, he took a seat right in front of Jungkook.

Jungkook wrinkled his nose at the sweetness of the gesture and happily took a bite of his burger after expressing his gratitude to Taehyung.

"So, what have you been up to, Jungkook?" Taehyung asked with a mouthful of burger.

"Well," Jungkook began before being interrupted by Taehyung, who exclaimed, "You must have finished middle school by now, Kookie!"

"Of course! I'm only two years younger than you," Jungkook complained. "Aw, little Kookie is growing up," Taehyung playfully smiled.

"I'm not little anymore! I'm graduating high school this year!" Jungkook said with frustration, causing him to look even more adorable, and Taehyung couldn't resist teasing him.

"Oh no!" Taehyung exclaimed, frantically searching the table for something.

"What's the matter?" Jungkook asked, concerned. "I think I lost my cell phone!" Taehyung sighed, sitting down with a disappointed expression on his face.

Feeling sorry for his hyung, Jungkook suggested, "Why don't we try calling your phone? Maybe someone will answer and we can locate it."

"Great idea! Call my phone!" Taehyung replied enthusiastically, eagerly giving Jungkook his number. As Jungkook dialed the number, they heard a ringing sound coming from Taehyung's pocket, causing him to grin mischievously.

"I've got your number, Kookie!" Taehyung exclaimed excitedly, while Jungkook couldn't help but feel annoyed.

"You never change," Jungkook remarked.

"Now we can reach each other whenever we want to hang out!" Taehyung said, flashing his big boxy smile. "I know you love spending time with your hyung!"

"Yeah, sure," Jungkook replied, rolling his eyes.

After they were done eating, they got up as Jungkook's phone started ringing, showing that his mom was calling him.

"Kookie! Chay (Mrs. Kim) and I are thinking of going out for dinner," she said. "You and Taehyung can hang out and he'll give you a ride home later." Jungkook mentally facepalmed.
