We finally made it to the trading grounds and started looking at the stalls. I remembered that I needed to get some things for my mother. We needed more herbs and I might have to go to the small wooded area near town to find the leaves and thistles. I will have most of the remedies made and ready for use before my mom even wakes up. Delilah looks to me and says "Why are you always the one to make everything when it should be your mom?"

I just shake my head and smile at her, "I do this because it needs to be done before people start coming to the shop, and so that she has time to cook our morning food."

"Still there is usually a gap between morning meal and when people start arriving."

"We can't always assume that there will be Del, you now this as well as I does. Are you going to come in today after morning meal?"

"Yes, I was just on my way to pick up what I need in order to cook it for my mother and father. You want to look at some flower stands before we get what we need?"

"Well technically that is where I need to be heading anyway, need to pick up more herbs. Besides we still have some stew from last night and mom is adding some dried pork with it."

"Lizzy can you see if she can bring some of the dried pork to the shop just in case we get puckish later on. It would help out so we don't have to leave and leave the shop unattended."

"You know she is a sucker and will do it because she doesn't want us to go hungry."

We make it to the flower stand and she starts looking at some daisies while I am looking at all the different herbs. I start picking up all the herbs that I will need and handing them to the kindly elder man behind the stand who puts them into a basket for me. He gives me a kind smile and asks if there is anything else. So I hand him the list my mother made me for the night before, and he goes to work searching for what I needed. As I wait I begin to look at flowers with Del when we hear the voices of two people we wish we could avoid, all we could do was sigh annoyed.
