WINTER
"Tsk, You're doing it wrong, Giselle." I said sternly but she only answered me with an eye roll. Nandito kami ngayon sa garden at nililinis and paligid. This was oue punishment for the small fight that started yesterday, a fight that clearly wasn't my fault.
"Mali nga yan." I said clearly annoyed but she was even more annoyed. "Ano ba?! Hayaan mo nga ako, Hindi ko naman pina-pakialaman yung ginagawa mo eh!" She said sounding too irritated and I couldn't help but let out a small chuckle, Seeing her annoyed makes me feel satisfied.
"Hey... No fighting, Baka mamaya madagdagan pa ang punishment niyong dalawa." Karina said out od nowhere, she was carrying a water bottle and a lunch box and behind her was Giselle's friend, Ningning, "Hello, What are you two doing here?" I asked.
"Napagdesisyunan namin ni Karina na dalhan kayo ng foods, tapos na rin naman yung class namin." Ningning said and I nodded as a response. "You guys are close na agad?" Giselle asked, "Nope, hindi pa, kinikilala palang namin ang isa't isa." Karina answered.
"And I think you guys should too!" Karina said and both me and Giselle looked at each other. "Hell no!" I said, "I'd rather die!" She responded. Karina face palmed and Ningning took a deep sigh.
"Come on girls, it's not for us naman eh, but it's for you guys, mas maganda kayang mabuhay kapag wala kang kaaway." Ningning said but we're still not listening. "Fine... Do it for us?" Ningning said again and Karina immediately nodded.
I rolled my eyes and turned to look at Giselle, "Fine." I said lowly, Karina smiled at me, Maybe because she knew I was doing this for her sake. Giselle frowned and finally turned to look at me too. "Okay." She said and lend her hand out and I accepted it.
"Yay!" Karina and Ningning excitedly said. I couldn't help but smile at the scene infront of me, they're really happy because me and this girl Giselle agreed to be friends with each other? Cute yet funny.
KARINA
I sat on the sand as I took deep breaths, kanina pa kami naghahabulan ni Winter dito and she run a bit faster than me kaya hindi ko siya mahuli-huli. "Wait lang, Hihinga lang ako." I said and she replied with a light chuckle before she sat next to me.
"Look at Yeji and Ryujin over there. They look so cute no? They're so inlove..." She said and I turned to look at the both of them and she was right, they looked so cute, so inlove, like they're the only person in this whole wide world.
I sighed and looked at the sun setting. I took a deep breath as I try to calm myself. "Win..." I started. "Are you scared of what might happen in the future too?" I asked. She looked so confused and worried, she was quiet but just decided to give me a honest answer.
"Absolutely." She responded, I turned to look at her, "I'm scared of what I would be, I'm scared of what could happen, I'm scared of what I could and would do, I am scared of everything. But... Instead of getting scared that I could fail, that I could go wrong, I try more to fix myself." She responded. "I am not perfect, I make wrong decisions too." She said and smiled at me.
"I don't want you to leave me, Win." I said.
I could see how her whole body just froze as she was looking at me. Was there something wrong with what I said? Hindi niya ba nagustuhan 'yon? Hindi ba maganda ang lumabas sa bibig ko? I was so confused with what's wrong until finally, she smiled.
"Hindi kita iiwan, Karina." She replied.
I smiled back, could it really be like that? I leaned in and rested my head on hers and she wrapped her arms around me. For the first time, I've felt comfortable, I felt love.
"Huy, ano ba yan, porke sweet kami sweet na rin kayo?" Ryujin suddenly asked as they both saw us being affectionate with each other. Yeji was giggling and she was also taking pictures of us. "Wala naman kaming nasabi nung kayo yung sweet sa isa't isa ah." Winter replied.
"Nye nye, eme mo." Ryujin said and they both sat next to us. "Okay rin pala yung ganito no? Malayo sa schoolworks and other responsibilities, we should do this more often." Yeji said and Ryujin agreed.
"Tama, para kahit papaano mabawasan ang negative vibes." Ryujin replied. "This is a great way and a good place for you to relax." Winter whispered to my ear and I nodded. She's right, they're right, it's really comforting being here with them, being all calm and relaxed, away from all the negativities and other painful things.
Can it be like this forever?

"This work will be individual, deadline will be next week, make sure na meron kayong maipasa because 10 points agad ang bawas sa grades niyo if you pass it later. That's all, you may go." Our teacher said and everyone thanked her and bid goodbyes.
I walked along with my classmates, and left the room to see Winter waiting for me, I walked towards her and she was already smiling. "Hello, pretty girl. I got a high score sa tests kanina kaya I am going to treat you to dinner." She said and I smiled.
"Congrats! Pero hindi ba dapat ako ang mag-treat sayo kasi ikaw yung nakakuha ng mataas na point?" I asked but she frowned. "Naunahan kita magsabi eh, kaya ako na manlilibre, Let's go." She said and smiled, I chuckled and just accepted it. We both walked away with our hands intertwined with each others.
