POV: Victoria

I have a massive headache, every tiny sound feels like if a truck was trying to get inside my ear. My bestfriend, Jessica is speaking to me, but I don't get a word she says.

-Vicky! Did you see Leah? she seems more weird than usual, she must be so jealous because you are going to be performing in the center for the last game performance- I cover my ears trying to minimize the pain- Are you okay? Are you like... on drugs?

-NO- I groaned - I'll be at the restroom, my head is killing me -Close guess.

Like I said, I headed to the restroom, I spend a couple of minutes staring at myself, the headache became stronger with the time, until suddenly it disappeared, well I passed out. Last thing I heard, the door openning.

-Is everything okay Victoria?- It was Leah's voice, but it sounded far away- Victoria! wake up Victoria! you are still alive, right?- She held my arm trying to feel my pulse, i must have been pretty distracted because I didn't feel her touch.

-Yes Leah, god you're so dramatic- I didn't even try to stand up, I prefer staying on the ground before returning to that boring classroom, I at least had a good excuse.

-Omg Leah you're such an idiot, you were suppose to get her a bit high not that... -Leah started speaking to herself and ran out of the restroom. She's so weird.

I stood up and got out of there, I was so confused I didn't even bother to look at my surroundings. I saw a guy with dyed hair pass by, he was wearing some type of vintage looking clothes, but I guess that's just some aesthetic so I didn't care too much, I did find weird the fact that he looked at me as if he just saw a ghost, I just stared at him for a sec and kept walking.

-Did you see me?- Why is he acting so strange? I nod- Are you alive?- People are acting so weird, I just nod again.

-Are you not?- I laugh, he denied with his head, his face was serious and confused, okayy creepy. He slowly walked toward the restroom's door and opened it- Don't do that, that's the girls restroom, take your ass somewhere else- He was just staring at the floor inside. His eyes moved between me and what ever was inside that place, I got curious so I decided too look too.

No shit... I'm probably hallucinating, that must be it

-I think you just died- the guy said- Hi, I'm Charley, I also died in this school, I can introduce you to other kid who went through the same thing, it might help to understand better how you feel.

Yup, I'm just hallucinating, and it's totally normal that a fainted person isn't breathing, right?. I didn't even talk back to the guy, I just went back to my class, I mean, yes, it was definitely that Jessica had nothing to say or that the teacher didn't ask me anything.

...

Okay, I'm definitely dead, they just put my body inside some bag, officially I am so dead and so confused. I'm also being so stared by the dead kid from before.

-Told you so, think about my offer though, we have a bit of a social club, where we share our experiences and help each other out, it'll start very soon.

-Fine, I'll go, but if I get bored I'm out- He celebrated a bit and told me to follow him.

I didn't lost anything by following him, right? I mean, I'm dead, what else could I do? so I might as well try to figure out what's going on. I was walking too confidently, almost like if I didn't just die, fake confidence is one of my biggest talents, i'm a cheerleader, the captain actually, I'm popular and I'm used to people. It's basically my second nature to fake confidence, it's not like I'm insecure or anything, but I'm still a teenager.
