EXCITED was a way you could describe willow. she had done this hundreds of times before, perform on stage in front of thousands of people, but it felt different. it felt more special - at least with how her team was acting.
she had been called from her dressing room only a few minutes ago and could hardly stand still as one of the sound workers set up her mic set and handed her the navy blue bejeweled head mic she had since the very first show she played.
in a way, it and her hand mic were her good luck charms. miraculously, she had never experienced any form of illness, nerves, or doubt in herself whenever she performed, and she's secretly always leaned on those particular microphones to keep her from focusing too much on her actions.
"will, please stop shaking, theresa needs to put your mic set on you so you can go out there" gina pleaded, "if she can't put it on you then no show" she made an "i don't know" expression with her face and brought her hands up to the side of her body as she walked away. willow stood still, wanting nothing more than to go out to the other side of the curtain.

IT went nearly pitch black in the dome, fans beginning to scream and cheer that willow would finally be out. fans had been occupied why they waited for the show to start with never-seen-before sing along videos to some of willows songs.
the screams calmed down, and the beginning of "all-american bitch" faded in through the speakers from the guitar willow was playing.
she sang into her mic as she started walking down the long strip of stage that would get her closer to the fans in the back, "i'm as light as a feather, i'm as stiff as a board"
she continued until just before the chorus, taking the guitar and slinging it around her back before the song picked up.
she sang as she went around the stage, waving to many fans, "forgive and i forget, i know my age and i act like it!"
the fans joined in on her performance, shouting the words and making the whole experience feel so special.
