Willow Blake Performs First Night of 3-Day Tokyo Dome Headlining
Willow Blake, the newest global sensation in the music industry, held the first concert of her 3-day show at the infamous Tokyo Dome in Japan.
When asked about the show, Blake's manager Gina Drew said, "It's the biggest venue she's played so far and even with all the nerves she's had over the past few weeks preparing for it, she's been oddly calm"
Later Drew goes on to say how Blake was one of the most positive and biggest driving force that helped the rest of the team involved with making this weekend possible keep at it. In such a short amount of time, their work had been well recognized on social media with fans who attended the concert letting all of their followers know how 'magical' the experience was, as some described it.
A member of the popular K-pop group, ARETE, spoke about the show on her instagram late last night after the show. Yukino Takashima had this to say:
"We've had plenty of concerts ourselves but those take months upon months to plan out and prep for. When I heard how long they had known about the show I was like "What?!" because a few weeks is such a small amount of time for all of that work to be done!"
Takashima was later asked by a fan how the actual experience was, earning this in return:
"The show was magical. That's the only way I know how to describe it. Every time I turned to the people around me we were all just, like, having one big party. The confetti though - that was one of my favourite parts!"
Blake's concert was well received on the first night, and if you know anything about the way her team does concerts, then we'll only be receiving more in the nights to come.
In related news, Wisp's (Blake's fandom name) who are also Formula One fans have being "fed" as of late, for lack of better term. In the beginning of September McLaren driver Oscar Piastri appeared in the singers comment section and has only been becoming a more well known name among the fandom.
Many fans have speculated that Piastri may even be in attendance to the Sunday night show, based off of recent comments from his teammate Lando Norris and Blake's friend Vivienne Blu. The Japanese Grand Prix is held during the day on Sunday and a concert would be the perfect way to end the weekend.
However, nothing is guaranteed for sure. For more of Blake at Tokyo Dome, click below.
