As the four make their way up ahead they see more stormhawks. But there's something odd about them as they are on top of exploding barrels. Rodrick takes out his crossbow and shoots the barrels they are on. When they got close ying or shaun takes them out with ying using the banished knight sword and shaun using the fireball incantation. In fact shaun uses it to throw it at the barrels and explode then and the hawks as well. They reach to where they are on the roof of a building and they a way in. They head down safely and see that it looks like a mini chapel of some sort. In the room rhey also see someone there. It looks like a sorcerer or something, they go and see as well as greet him. The guy looked up and noticed four kids approaching him.

???: this is quite odd. I never expected kids to be here in stormveil castle?

Rodrick: yeah, we sort of get something like that a lot

Rogier: but since you four are tarnishes, The pleasure's mine. Rogier's the name. A sorcerer, as you might have guessed

Stella: i figured your a sorcerer

Rogier: and i assume your a witch?

Stella: i prefer sorceress, not a witch

Rogier: sorry my mistake. But still

Shaun: uh yes and is there's a problem

Rogier: But enough about me, what are you doing four here in Stormveil Castle? This place is bristling with Tarnished hunters, you know. They sacrifice our kind, for grafting. Not exactly a place I'd stroll into without a purpose in mind... Especially when it comes to kids like you four

The three except for shaun goes to purchase one of rogier battle arts of magic. He takes out three battle art papers and each of them involved magic. Rodrick took the ash of war glinstone pebble. Ying took an ash of war known as the carian greatsword. Stella took the ash of war spinning weapon. After that they say their goodbyes and press onwards to the bext location. They head across and encounter a another banished knight and a exile soldier. Ying goes ahead and the others follow as well. Ying takes out the exile soldier, but is struck by the banished knight. Lucky the banished knight armor he is wearing help out and everything. Pressing onwards they pass by what looks like a troll tied up and dead. They look below to see more corpse and undead dogs eating the corpse. But they also see something else, but they'll have to come back for it. Now they enter a room where they are on a balcony. But when they look below they see a familiar creature. It's the monstrous spider and they remember fighting one from the start of their awakening.
