chapter 36: carian Manor

The four had tried their best to look for anything around to get to the place they need to go which is carian Manor. Sadly they find no results and what they only found at the end of the ruin is nothing but just a wall and nothing else. Pretty much they're out of options and they have already dealt with the enemies that roam this place. What they are doing right now is just sitting at the end of the place and nothing else to do. They're out of Lost and couldn't find what to do, while jaune it's just walking back and forth by the wall.

Ren: can we just climb over or anything

Weiss: there's nothing around we can use to climb up and I'm sure not going down the cliff just to get around it

Ruby: maybe we can just jump over it

Weiss: Ruby we don't have are semblance or auras remember

Ruby: oh

Ren: there's got to be something else

Weiss: I'm thinking, I'm thinking

While they all think about a way to get around or something we see jaune just messing around. He is pretty much playing around with his incantation magic by creating a lightning spark. It was exciting to see that he was able to learn how to use it without shauns teaching. Now all he needs is to know how to use the lighting strike spell. After that he takes out his golden sword and just swings it around. Hitting the ground and hitting the wall and after that he just turns to the others and it's just spoke.

Jaune: you know this is boring that we're just here and just thinking that we have no idea how to get around. Does anyone here have any options?

They all turn to him to talk to him, but then they all had a surprise expression on their face, which confused jaune

Jaune: what?

Weiss: where did that entrance come from

Jaune: what entrance there's no-

Jaune looks back at the wall and suddenly there was an entrance that leaves straight to where they need to go. He was confused as to where it came from and he too was surprised.

Ruby: that was not there

Ren: jaune what did you do?

Jaune: I didn't do anything, I was just walking and messing around

Weiss: well that entrance was not there

Ruby: yeah that was just a wall, how is there an entrance

Weiss: maybe my daughter might have some answers. Maybe once they wake up I could ask

They all got up and get together as they were going to make their way to the manor. However they immediately look to their left and see a giant, this giant was wearing a strange reflective like helmet that covers its whole face and head. So far they see it just reading a book and it's right next to a giant Stone anvil. Is this thing a smithy or something they all thought, they aren't sure as they slowly approach them. It seems that it would have attacked them by now but it's not, so they assume it's friendly.

Ruby: ummm hello?

???: Well. Look at you four. We don't receive many visitors. I presume you four are a Tarnishes

Jaune: ummm you could say giant sir

???: What brings you here? Oh, pardon me. It's hardly my place to ask, is it. I am Iji. A blacksmith who once served the Carian royals. An old codger who refuses to retire his rusty hammer.
