With Stella and weiss.

We see weiss and stella leaving the spot called the first step as they both head to ruin church. As they are walking weiss examines the staff she is  giving somehow and sees the fashion crystal on the top.

Weiss: this crystal looks like a fashion dust crystal, but it's not actually

Stella: what's a dust crystal?

Weiss: it's something we have in our world. It's a type of crystal that's turned into dust and has many uses

Stella: interesting. Like sorceries?

Weiss: eeh no

Stella: no? Is there magic in your world?

Weiss: look, the things here in this world aren't a thing in our world. So magic doesn't exist, only in fairy tales

Stella: that can't be it

Weiss: it's the truth

Stella: oh

Weiss: *looks at the staff again* what is this crystal again? You probably explained it?

Stella: it's a glintstone crystal. It contains magic properties and if fashion and use correctly. It can be use to cast spells

Weiss: really?

Stella: yes and there's different types of glintstone crystals

Weiss: and how do you know?

Stella: *looks confused* i don't know

Then they look ahead and see that they have arrived to where kale is. They hwad in and they start to have a strange feeling. There's mist around and they see kale is asleep. They were going up to him and see if he's ok, until-

???: ahem. Over here thy tarnishes

They both turn and sitting on a ruin wall was a figure in white. This my be the witch in white the note said. They see that she must have been waiting for them and they go up to her. What freaked weiss a little was that she has four arms and two faces, ine being magically ethereal. The witch in white sees them approaching and waits for their response.

Stella: ummm hi?

???: A pleasure to meet thee, Tarnished. I sense that you must be this young one's mother

Weiss: oh uhhh... Yeah

Renna: vary well, I am the witch Renna.
I'd heard tell of a Tarnished hurtling about
atop a spectral steed

Stella: spectral steed? Wait you mean this *takes out a spectral steed whistle*

Renna: then its true

Weiss: you wanted to see my daughter? Why?

Renna: Ah. As I had hoped. I was entrusted this, for thee. For you young one

Renna gives her a strange bell and an ash paper of what has painted sketch of three wolves.

Stella: what is it?

Renna: By Torrent's former master. 'Tis a bell for calling forth spirits. Like the one on that ash paper

Weiss: a bell that calls forth spirits?

Renna: Summon them with it, from ash unreturned to the Erdtree. The spirits will obey your command but briefly,
as they recall battles past. Now it is thine. To do with as thou wishest.

Stella: summon spirits and they'll fight as i command them?

Renna: indeed

Stella is surprising from renna giving here this and that she can now summon spirits to actually command them to her will. Weiss is actually surprised about it and also felt weird for daughter to summon someone from the ashes. Before they could say anything renna inturned.
