JULIES POV:
"Good morning"
I turned to the side to see James, staring at me.
"Morning"
"How was work last night?"
James worked the shift from 9-12 pm at the diner.
"Alright, I left a little early though, I hope Markus showed up for his shift."
"Hopefully he did."
We both got ready.
"I have to go into the car shop today, but I'll drop you off at work first"
"Alright,"
I got up and got dressed and we drove into town.
Then we drove into the diner parking lot. There were police everywhere.
"What's going on?"
I hopped out of the car and ran inside, ducking the police tape and ran up to my dad who was talking with a police man.
I looked at the carpet. There was blood stains and a trail leading to the back door.
"Wha-what happened"
I wanted to scream, but I held it back.
James came running in. He looked so confused.
"We are pretty sure it was a murder."
"Who-" the police officer interrupted me.
"We're pretty sure it was a 13 year old boy named Nathan green, he was reported missing this morning. We need all people who work her or ever have to be investigated, they are all suspects. We also heard from the missing child's parents that he was with 4 other friends, who also are suspects,"
"Uh-"
"Rob were gonna need a list of all the workers here"
"Do you have any ideas who might have done it?"
My father rubbed his neck.
"Uh well, if it happened last night then I guess the two night guards were working"
"And who was working those shifts?"
"Markus..."
My dad passed and looked at James with the look of sorrow.
"And James....."
I could tell James was about to protest but I held him back.
"We'll need to search all possible suspects homes, we still haven't found the body-"
"We'll start will James and Markus, we will need to speak with both of them"
James stepped forward.
"Hello, I'm James...."
My dad pulled me away so the police officer could question him.
He pulled me outside
"James would never kill someone!"
"Calm down Julie, they just need to make sure he didn't do it"
"HE DIDNT"
"You don't know that-"
I was right I didn't know that. Would he kill someone? No. Could he? Yes.....VINCENTS POV:
I...I can't sleep. I can't think. I need to cover this up. Make it look like it wasn't me.
I know the police will want to search my house.
Good thing the body is nowhere near my house.
I cleaned all my clothes.
I showered.
I made sure no evidence could be found.
"Okay I cleaned my clothes, hid the body, the weapons are hidden-"
I heard a knock at the door
"Hello" i said opening it.
It was the police. I took a breath.
I'd have to lie my way through all of this.
"We'd like to ask you some questions,
Just lie my way through, don't let them get to you
"Yes come in."
They walked inside.
And sat down.
"Okay, so have you heard about the missing boy?"
"No sir, I haven't sorry"
"Well last night a boy was declared missing, and murdered, at least that's what we believe, we haven't found the body"
"Well I hope you do, how old was the boy?"
"We will ask the questions,"
I sat down with them at the table.
Don't look away, don't fidget, don't make it obvious
"Where were you last night between the hours of 8-6 am?
"I was here,"
"And did you have anyone with you to second that?"
"Uh sorry no sir, my mom never is home and-"
"I don't need your life story son"
Don't make it obvious
"And you work the night shift?"
"Yes, every night but Saturday and Sunday's"
"Alright okay,"
They asked me many questions, but honestly, I think I got through it.
They also searched my house, but there was nothing to find.
They didn't suspect a thing.
NO ONES POV:
The next day.....They found it. They found the body. The next day they were questioning Markus.
Just the day before, his mother did end up dying, pulling him even deeper into his depression.
Markus was the leading suspect. He worked that shift, he was clocked in, they didn't believe him when he said Vincent took his shift.
They were going to question Vincent once again,
Until...
They found the body buried in Markus' back yard.
They're was no doubt now that he didn't do it.
Vincent got away with it.
Markus on the other hand, choose the "easy" way out.
Before he could be sent to prison,He snapped.
He hung him self, to escape, nobody
Believed him when he said he didn't do it.
The case was closed.
And soon forgotten. But in the end Vincent hadn't won. He slowly started becoming crazier and crazier.
The joy that was brought to him through murder would sicken others, but to him it was a treat. He felt so energized after his murder.
He was thirsty for more.As for the diner, well after the child was declared missing and was murdered at the location, business plummeted to an all time low.
Things weren't looking so well for fredbears family dinner.
Vincent continued to work for the diner, and was promoted to James' shift.THE PUPPET POV:
this is not the end
My story will pull through
I will make him suffer
I will speak the truth
Although I may be dead
I will make him pay
I will not rest until.... Until...He's dead
JULIES FATHERS POV:
~about one month after the murder~Business was low, ever since that poor boy was murdered nobody came to the diner.
I was low on money, Julie had to get another job.
A lot of my workers were putting in their two weeks notice. The only employees that still wanted to work were Vincent and James. The door opened.
"So this is fredbears family dinner eh?"
A woman who looked to be in her early thirties walked in with a man.
"Um sorry ma'am were just closing up..."
"I realize that, and it seems like in the long run you'll be closing for the last time"
"What do you mean-"
"You and I both know this place get little to no business, but I remember when this place was popular."
"What are you saying?"
"I've come to make an offer for you"
I nodded slowly.
"Hello, I'm Jeanine Anderson, and this is my secretary Marko,"
I shook hands with both of them.
"I know you haven't been grunt a lot of business lately, and I know times can be tough,"
"Yes is suppose-"
"I was wondering if your company was for sale"
"For sale?"
"Yes, I'd like to take this place off your hands, I'd put it to good use, I could get this place back in buissness!"
"Well I'm sorry- this place isn't for sale...."
She whispered to her secretary.
"Must be a family owned Business, they're always so stubborn when it comes to selling"
She cleared her throat and grabbed a piece of paper and a pen.
"I'm gonna write an amount of money on this paper and leave here with you, okay? And if your interested give me a call..."
She wrote something down and then folded it and have it to me along with a business card.
"Well hopefully I'll see you again!"
She walked out the door before I could say another word.
"I'm not selling this place no way! I've worked to hard for this."
I looked at the piece of paper
"Probably a very low offer-"
I said opening up the paper.
I read it and stood there in astonishment.
"Wow that's a long number....."
