"I mean, if you think about it, war between religiousness are adults fighting about who has the best imaginary friend" i stare at him in shock, how could he come so far in life

"can we concentrate on more important question right now?" i ask Kori

"Addy, i don't know, he's been acting weird those past few months" i sigh, no use of him

"but what i know is that there's this new club opening up in day or two and it's only gonna be people we know, you should come"

"i don't think i-"

"it wasn't a question, I'm gonna make you meet new people... i mean i know you can't really find anyone better then me but still"

"fine" i sigh "now if you have nothing more to say, get out before Kaiden comes here" it's my first time seeing him after Christmas, i had off day for 10 days and now we're back

"and what if he sees me? i come here often" he says proudly

"you sure you don't have anything else to do?" his expression changes to happy to annoyed

"when will he be back?" Kori asks

"not sure" he was supposed to be here an hour ago

"can i put this on his desk?" i nod

 "Sure thing. Just add it to the pile of 'stuff that's been there forever"

"will you tell him i put it there hours ago?" lie to him?

"absolutely, what time do you want me to say" i say sarcastically but i don't think he cached that

"10 a.m." he smiles and  as he took one step i spoke again

 "And maybe I can use my access to his bank account to buy that yacht I've always dreamed about"

"11:00 am?" 

"NO"

"come on, we're friends aren't we"

"and so are you and him" i remind him

"i know but...i don't want him to know it was me" i narrow my eyebrows

"why" he rolls his eyes, and oh my god

if this is what i think it is for, i can't-

"huh is this for you little special someone" i smirk

"we're nothing...yet, but I'll let you know, i don't want Kaiden to do his stalking shit on them so"

"give it to me, I'll give him, but i won't lie" he leaves after handing me the files and not while after Kaiden shows up

"I'm ready for the meeting" was the first thing he said when out eyes meet

"i canceled it" 

"what? why?"

"because, originally you had meeting with them at 1 pm but they asked to change time to 11a.m, i couldn't get hold of you, i called, texted, nothing"

"maybe if you tried to call me i would have picked up"

"i did"

"not with firms number, personal" why is he mad?

i don't say anything, i didn't apologies because i didn't do anything wrong

he walks into his office, great...

next three hours he didn't talk to me other then demanding things, i mean, yes i am hir secretary and that's my job but we didn't had this strict of a relationship, what is wrong with him today
