BEHIND THE SCENES & FACTS
- I know, that part way through it focused more on Rosa, but Mara still had an impact on it all
- This wasn't going to be the only book in The Traveler Standalone, there was going to be a first story called Another Hero, which was set in Doctor Strange, which didn't do much for Mara except introduce you to her character + her powers, which led to it being scrapped
- River was going to appear more in this fic, but wasn't
- For the epilogue with River: I researched the shit out of the timeline, couldn't find much, but I'm gonna go with the idea (I read somewhere) that at least part of MOM was set in October, meaning Deanna Osborn (who was in Time Of Our Lives) was born in September
- Time Of Our Lives set up this and an introduction to The Syndicate, while To Blame sets up for the upcoming stories and their connections, leading to a future Syndicate Series
- Mara knows about Miguel O'Hara, which was going to be referenced, but I forgot to add that in to be honest (we love ADHD)
- This fic was put on hold because I decided to let impulsiveness take over and publish The Syndicate Universe not in chronological order, which made it extremely difficult for me to write for this because I didn't know what was gonna happen in other stories yet, so I finally got it all caught up so far
- There was going to be a scene with Rosa using a spell from the Darkhold to defeat Wanda
- For the Illuminati, I was going to make River a version of Phoenix or Pyro
- Also for the Illuminati, I was going to make Luke Romanoff a version of Spider-Man and Alyona Volkov a version of Black Widow
