(Draco's POV)

I walk into the F2ke house only for Marcus to wave me over as soon as I do. I follow him to where he leads me which is to his room. "...So..." I tease, "what--"

"No." Marcus says. "I need to talk to you about something."

"That's what I was about to say." I scoff a laugh as I playfully roll my eyes. "What did you want to talk about?"

"Drizzy."

I'm a bit nervous and skeptical as I ask, "Why?"

"You'd know whether or not Drizzy likes someone, right? Being his best friend and all." He points out and I let out a silent sigh of relief.

"Yeah. I bet I can guess how Drizzy feels about literally everyone here-- or not here even. Who is it?"

"Romeo."

"What?" I ask before snickering. "Romantically, no."

"It seems like a stretch because of the whole straight thing but--"

"Whole straight thing?"

"Yea-- Wait, he's not straight?" Marcus's eyes widen.

"No, he is I was just wondering why you said it like that?"

He blinks at me. "Like what? I-- okay, it's not important. I just think I noticed a couple of things. Like... he and Romeo can't keep their eyes off of each other."

There's a burning in my chest but I ignore it. "What are you talking about?"

"You haven't noticed it?"

"Romeo's helping Drizzy through the break-up, of course they're a little more emotionally connected. Sometimes caring for someone is looking in their direction. Do you like James since you're-- apparently-- 'not dating'."

"What? No. He and I are just friends."

"Just friends and you two can't keep your hands off each other." I roll my eyes. "Sitting in the living room with the two of you makes me want to go outside and get the hose."

This time Marcus rolls his eyes. "Okay, point taken. I still just think--"

"Marcus, no and even if they did, don't meddle in it."

"It's our job to meddle in it! We can't do too much, I don't want to disrespect Kamron or break her heart further but if they're meant for each other... that's what they are." Marcus shrugs.

"So, do you just not care for friendships or what?"

"What?"

"Kamron and Romeo are friends. We're also friends with her. And Drizzy is literally best friend."

"What does the last one have to do with this?"

I blink at him like he's insane. "Romeo is my ex."

"Oh, yeah. So? It's not like you care."

I close my eyes in annoyance. "Yeah, Marcus, I brought it up because I don't care."

"...So... you still wanna be with him?"

"No--... maybe... I don't know." I groan. "Forget it, you're right, I don't care. It irked me for a second but forget it. And if friendships really don't matter to you. Kamron's completely over him. I was just hanging out with her and her new man."

"Really?"
