(Romeo's POV)

Riva bursts into the house with papers in her hand. "Mark the day!" Riva shouts. "Sunday, April-- whatever-- we found EXACTLY what we need to PROVE that Drizzy didn't kill Josh and it was-- in fact-- the hospital!"

"Really?! How!" I run over to her.

"My friend who works in filing at the hospital FINALLY got back to me and found something a little strange in the system. She checked out the abnormalities and BOOM it was right there as clear as day!" Riva excites. "Now, all we need to do is turn it into a case and present it to the judge."

"When can we present it?" Marcus wonders.

"I'm trying to get that checked out as soon as possible!" Riva sits on the couch and gets on her phone.

"Yes! We're busting him out of there!" I exclaim as I high-five James.

"It would've been quicker to literally bust him out of there." James jokes.

"True! It's been months practically!" I sigh and slump into the couch.

Well, a month.

But who cares!

I just can't wait for Drizzy to come back.

We've been sending him letters every so often since he only wants them when we have something to say but imagine his shock when he has a random court date and it's the one that gets him out of there!

I can't wait for the look on his face.

"Where's Draco?" I ask James. "He would love to hear about this."

"Don't know but he was on the phone all day in his room before he left." James says.

"Were you eavesdropping?" I ask.

"A little but I couldn't hear anything. Plus, I got scared-- who knows what he was doing on that phone for that long." He says and I nod before shuddering.

But my smile grows again as I think about the trial. "I can't wait! Judge please set it for today!"
