𝐍𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞

As Diego enters his office all eyes were on him.
He adjusts his tie and makes his way to the seat that faces everyone in the room.

"Diego my clients are waiting for those dr*gs it's been over 3 days what the hell is going on?"

Diego pulls out a cigarette from his pocket and lights it up without a care in the world.

"What part of that sentence involves me?" Diego says puffing out a smoke.

"What?" Says the woman confused.

"Those damn clients your referring to are YOURS not mine, the dr*gs... I have no control over when it arrives. It's not my buisness Alejandra."

"OUR BUISNESS. It's all of us. You'd be a nobody without us Diego. Your a lost cause." Says the woman in disbelief.

"Oh give me a fucking break. This was my dads buisness and nobody tells me what to fucking do I am clear."

The woman simply rolls her eyes and faces the opposite way.

Diego throws his cigarette to the ground fiercely.

"I SAID AM I CLEAR?" Diego yells while slamming his fists into the table.

The woman has no reaction.
She turns and faces Diego again.

"What happened to your leadership? You've been one of the best Mafia leaders I've ever worked with and now your fucking it all up Santoro." The woman says as she stands up.

All eyes face Diego and the room goes as silent as ever.

"Mind your own business Alejandra I'm warning you." Diego says looking through some paper work.

"What is it? Huh. Is it something to do with your love life?" Says the woman.

Diego lets out a smirk.

"Do I look like the type of man to have a love life?" Diego snaps back.

"You know what, whatever this issue may be, get it fucking sorted out Diego. Nothing I mean nothing can ruin this business. I won't let anything come in our way understand?"

And with that the lady storms out the room leaving it in dead silence.

Diego clenches his jaws as he smashes a glass cup next to him. He removes himself from the meeting whilst adjusting his suit.

As Diego makes his way down the corridor he finds Medusa laughing with some of Diego's very close friends.

"And then I ended up here! Trust me that day was so crazy!" Medusa says to them while giggling.

"Medusa." Diego says looking at his watch.

"Morning boss" the men all say.

Diego gives a slight fake smile and looks back directly at Medusa.

"Medusa come with me."

"Um why? I'm talking to your friends-" Medusa gets cut off.

"I said now."

Medusa rolls her eyes as she follows Diego down the corridor where there's no one else.

Diego pushes her up against the wall and looks down on her.

Both of them lock their eye contact together.

"I don't want you talking to any of them are we clear?"

"Whys that mafiaso?" Medusa contradicts him.

"Because you belong to me and they want to be all over you but there's no way that'll happen."

"Prove it." Medusa says slightly smiling.

Diego begins slowly placing his hands around her waist, gently pulling her closer to him.

He then moves his face closer to hers and starts kissing her while pulling her in.

"Diego...there's people here..!"

"Does it look like I give a fuck love? My mansion my rules" he says continuing to kiss her.

Suddenly without warning one of Diego's securities calls him over with a serious tone.

"Boss it's urgent it's Ricardo Fenor"

Diego slowly pulls my waist, pulling me away from our make out sesssion.

"Don't miss me love I'll be back as soon as this shits delt with" Says Diego while pulling out a cigarette.

He heads down the corridor and makes his way into the CCTV room.

"Take a look Boss" as Diego looks onto the screen he sees a couple of men trying to break his security gates whilst he was asleep, two of his men had been stabbed.

"FUCK." Diego says annoyed

Diego grabs the everyone's attention.

"I'll figure out a plan to kill this bastard."

"When Diego?" Says one of his friends.

"When are you going to come up with a plan we've been here for a while this man's smart he knows everything, one wrong move and it's over"

Diego lets out a devilish chuckle.

"I'm Diego Santoro nothing gets in my fucking way understand? He's a dead man walking."

Diego throws his cigarette away and leaves the room. As he leaves one of the men in the room stops him.

"Hey boss I know about Medusa and I know she's just our guest but what if she's here for revenge because of her father?"

Diego takes a deep breath and places his hands on the man's shoulders.

"Leave Medusa out of this. This girl has never sinned a day in her life let alone come here for revenge besides I'm the one who took her here"

"But boss-"

"Enough." Diego says while sighing loudly.
