 Time skip

A year passes by Callie works for them full time now. Takes their photo shoots, video recording, and helps with all design things. Alex and Callie become friends and not just coworkers. Callie still has a faint crush on him, but she knows he'll never feel the same about her. Y/n and her boyfriend Jace break up a month after their call. Callie has been on some dates but hasn't found anyone she likes. Alex is still with Alexa, but things are not well. Alex and Alexa both tell Callie their thoughts and Alexa doesn't want to be in the relationship, but Alex has other plans. He plans on engaging this year. It's now Saturday night on New Year's Eve. Callie is at her apartment with Tessa, they are just chilling in y/ns bed but then Tessa gets a call for work, and she has to go right away. Callie is left alone by herself in her apartment bored so she gives Alex a call.

Heyy Al! What are you doing? 

Al: I'm uh at a pub, but I can come over if you like.

Ya, if you would I'm bored. But if you've drank take a cab, okay?

Al: Okay, malady. I'll be there soon.

Alex's Pov:

Its 2011, at 1 am and I get a call. I've drank a single margarita. I look at my phone to see who called me and its Callie. I smile as I see her name across my phone. I picked up the call and hear Callie's soft and gentle voice that had a hint of excitement in it. We talk for a second then I hang up. I tell the gang I'm going to leave and say bye. I then head outside and get a cab, sense I had a bear, and I got a ride from Nick to the pub anyway. I get in the cab and tell them wear Callie lives and then look out the window as it starts to rain. I love the rain so much. As we pull up to her apartment, I buy the cab and see its pouring outside and I didn't have an umbrella. I'm hesitant to get out the car before I see Callie run out with an umbrella in hand but she's not using it. I laugh as I see her getting soaked. I get out the cab and meet her. Both of us getting soaked in the water. I couldn't help but notice her strange outfit. She was wearing a blue dress with red convers. She then laughs softly at herself and opens the umbrella and holds it above us. "I'm so stupid I forgot I grabbed and umbrella." 

She laughed. Her voice and laugh are so soft and peaceful. Her voice is smooth and gentle even when she's yelling. Her laugh is dorky but so adorable. I love hearing her laugh and voice.  I smile and shake my head softly "Your, okay" I say with a chuckle. I then grab the umbrella from her and are hands touch. A flicker of something happens between us. And I think she felt it to because she started to blush softly as I did. We then walked into her cozy little apartment both soaked. She then goes and changes and brought out an outfit. A pair of jeans and a white t-shirt. "What's this?" She then smiles at me and says, "Well these were Jace's, but he left them hear and we are broken up so, you can wear them if you want to change?"  I look at her slightly shocked because I didn't know she broke up with Jace. I thought they were happy. "you guys broke up? When? Why am I just now hearing this?" I asked trying not to make it sound that I'm mad. "Ya, we broke up a month after our first meeting for work. Sorry I forgot to tell you" 

Callie's Pov:

Alex then walked to the bathroom and changed, once he came back, he sat down with me on the couch. A smile laid on his face. I smiled at him softly and we started to talk for a while. It became 3am before we knew it. "So, I'm planning on asking Alexa to marry me" he said with a smile. I was happy for him but also, I felt like my heart sunk. I didn't know what I was feeling but I think it was jealousy. "I'm happy for you" I said "No, you're not... What's with the face?" I then realized I was looking slightly sad and put on a smile. "Oh no I'm happy for you. I truly am. I guess I just got upset because it reminded me of Jace. We broke up because he was cheating on me." I lied about why I was sad. I didn't want him to know the real reason I was upset.
