Takemichi and Draken were visiting Kazutora's and Chifuyu's pet shop. The two owners of the shop wanted to show the other two the 'new' shop, as Chifuyu said, but in reality they just made the shop bigger since more and more customers came to buy things for pets, or buy pets, and they needed the space.
Draken kept it a secret that a month ago he met the daughter of Mikey. He also kept it a secret that she made him sit on a freshly painted bench. Lucky for him tho that it was Kakucho who found the girl, because he wasn't in the mood to meet the other executives.
The conversation between the four guys got interrupted when the door opened. And they saw a toddler, who looked way too much like Mikey, walk in. And she was still wearing flip flops.
"Kenchin, hide Iza" the toddler yelled as she ran over to Draken and hid behind his leg.
"Why are you here? Where are your parents?" he questioned the girl, ignoring the other three who were asking who this girl was.
"Iza hide from Papa" she answered.
"Why?" Draken asked back.
"Cebause worried Papa is cute" she laughed.
Draken couldn't ask more questions because someone else walked into the shop. Even with how much he changed he recognised him, he could always recognise Mikey anywhere. Last time he saw Mikey was in the news, and he was very skinny there with eyebags bigger than the house. He was also very pale, there was no light in his eyes, and his hair was white, just like how Izana's was.
Now Mikey's eyes held a little light, a little hope,that was lost years ago, and he wasn't as pale anymore. His eyebags were barely there, and even with the mask on his face Draken could see that he wasn't as skinny anymore. His hair changed too, something that Takemichi didn't know either. His once white hair was now black, and it was a little shorter too. It reminded Takemichi of the previous timeline, where Mikey died from being shot after killing the whole Toman.
"Mikey" Takemichi whispered, it was very quiet, but when the pet shop owners heard it they recognised him too. He really was different since the last time they saw him.
"Long time no see" Mikey said, and the mask was hiding a small smile on his face, but it reached his eyes. "I just came here for this little troublemaker."
"Iza no see Papa so Papa no see Iza either" the toddler said as she covered her eyes.
"Iza won't get ice cream from Papa" Mikey said. "And Mama will be mad if she knows that Iza ran away."
And that's when the other three realised that the kid was Mikey's daughter. How could they not see it before? She's literally the copy paste of him. The kid had his look, his eyes, his height, which they only noticed because she was small comparied to an almost two year old, and she also wore sandals like Mikey.
