Damon POV
I head to my office and sit down in my chair. I begin to work on some papers, when I hear a knock on the door.
Who do I have an appointment with right now? I wish Elena where here.
"Come in."
My secretary enters he room.
"Sir, someone is here to see you."
"Who?"
"She wouldn't say a name. Should I tell her to leave?"
What girl would come and see me?
"Send her in."
My secretary leave the room and a minute later someone else enters. I'm looking at papers when I'm interrupted.
"Hello, Damon."
I recognize that voice. I look up at the woman.
"Hello, Sarah."
This will not end well.
Elena POV
I decide to walk to work. Damon did say I didn't need to be back right away. Might as well make use of the opportunity. As I walk down the street, I see a picture of Damon on a poster.
He looks really handsome. Very muscular. Very tall. Pretty blue eyes.
I reach the office and I begin to head up the elevator. Once the elevator opens, I'm stopped by Ashley the secretary.
"Mr.Montgomery has someone in his office right now. I just wanted to let you know."
"Thanks."
I smile at her and head over to my office. I have to go through Damons office to get to mine. As I near the office I hear people yelling.
"You need to leave now Sarah!"
Damon. I open the door and I see a girl crying. She looks up at me and turns ice cold.
"This is your new bitch. You could do better."
She leaves the room. That must've not been a good meeting at all. I'm in shock.
Why are people still treating me like I'm a bitch?
"I'm sorry Elena. She shouldn't have said that."
"Is that what you think of me? A bitch? Your toy? I think you need to get your shit straight. Get cleaned up the next meetings is in 15 minutes."
I leave his office and walk into mine. I felt so powerful when I said that. I sit down at my desk and get my stuff for the meeting ready.
Something is wrong with this company and I'm going to find out.
