Chapter 20

"Dakota race you too the pond!" Indy yells as he runs down the hill. "Oh cmon your gonna fal-" before Dakota could say it Indy fell and dislocated his shoulder. "Owww" Indy winces in pain at the bottom of the hill. "Oh my god Indy are you ok?" Dakota says running to him.

"No call my dad" he says holding his shoulder. "Ok stay still" Dakota says calling Morgan.

"Hello?"

"Indy just fell down the hill and landed on his shoulder"

"Witch hill?"

"The one by the pond he said to call you"

"Be down there in a second"

Dakota hangs up the phone and helps indy sit up. Indy lays on Dakota holding his shoulder. "It's alright I'm sure it's just dislocated" Dakota says holding him up. "It's broken for sure" Indy says wincing in pain. "Here I'm gonna help you stand up" Dakota says supporting his arm and helping him stand.

Morgan rides down in his truck and gets out. "You good?" Morgan asks. "I don't know" Indy says leaning against Dakota who is holding his arm. "Thanks for helping him Dakota" Morgan says opening the truck door. "I'll get in first and he can lay down" Dakota says hopping in the truck.

"Cmon be strong" Morgan says lifting him into the truck and closing the door. "Can I lay on you?" Indy asks wincing in pain. "Yeah lay down" Dakota says holding his shoulder as he lays down. Dakota rubs his head trying to take his mind off of the pain.

"Alright I'm taking you to the doctor hold on" Morgan says as he starts to drive. "You good Dakota?" Morgan asks.
"Yeah I'm fine" Dakota replies. "Almost there Indy" Dakota says holding his shoulder up. "Alright son im gonna lift you up" Morgan says lifting him out of the truck.

"Dakota if you don't mind can you walk him in and get him a spot?" Morgan asks. "Yes I don't mind" Dakota says walking with Indy into the doctor. "Hey can I get a name?" The lady at the front desk asks. "Indigo wallen" Dakota replies.

"Alright here's some paperwork go fill it out and we can get you back" The lady says. "Ok cmon let's sit down" Dakota says holding Indy's arm as they sit down. "Ok y'all I'm here I'll fill out that paperwork" Morgan says sitting down.

"Indigo wallen" the doctor says from the door. "Only two can go in" the doctor says. "I'll just wait out here" Dakota says sitting in the waiting room. About an hour later indy walks out with a sling. "So? What happened?" Dakota asks. "It was dislocated they had to pop it back in" Morgan replies.

"Oh my gosh you've gotta be more careful Indy" Dakota says as they walk out. "I'm just glad you were there cause if not I woulda been screwed" Indy replies as he hops in the truck. "That's what friends are for" Dakota replies.

~4 months later~
Ernest is starting his tour and that means Rayman won't see Indy or Dakota for awhile they are saying goodbye before he leaves. "I'll miss y'all so much but luckily we can still text" Rayman says. "I'll miss you to ray, oh gosh here comes the waterworks" Dakota says hugging Rayman as she crys.

"It's alright Kota I'll be back" Rayman replies. "I know but I'll still miss you" Dakota replies. "I'll miss you too bro"
Indy says patting him on the back before he hops in the truck and drives away.

"Hey hun how was school?" Bailey asks Dakota. "Good" She replies with red eyes. "Is everything ok? You look like you've been crying" Bailey asks. "Yeah I'm fine, Rayman left because his dad is on tour and I won't see him for 5 months"

"Sorry hun but we will see him during tour I'm an opener for when he gets to Minneapolis" Bailey replies. "Oh really? I didn't know, where's mom?" Dakota asks. "She's in the bathroom" Bailey replies.
