The Masked Girl

~Haruhi's Pov~

"Hey my little Haru-chan~ Your cousin is coming to visit! So don't forget to clean your room!" My father shouted cheerfully through my bedroom door. I never knew I had cousins.

"Ok dad!" I shout back at him as I put my uniform on. I wonder what my cousin looks like. Is my cousin a male or female. I wonder..

"Haruhi! You're here!" Honey comes and jumps on me. He's always so excited.

"Hello Honey." I smile looking at his happy expression. I then start to think more about my cousin which the hosts seem to notice.

"What's on your mind Haruhi?" Hikaru asks me.

"Yeah! You seem really serious about something!" Kaoru adds as they both appear in front of me.

"It's nothing really, my cousin is just coming to visit." I tell them. Suddenly I hear Tamaki's footsteps rushing towards me.

"You're cousin?! What is she like?!" Tamaki begins questioning me. I whack him on the head. "Ow! You're so mean Haruhi.."

"Don't just assume my cousin is a girl! That's sexist!" I scold him. God, these fools.

"So it's a guy?" The twins say in sync. Ugh, why can't they mind their own business.

"Actually I've never met my cousin. My father didn't tell my cousin's gender. So I don't know.." I explain to them. They just stand there shocked.

"So commoners don't know genders of their cousins." Tamaki states. I whack him on the head again. "Ow!"

"Look I never knew I even had cousins! My mother never spoke of them!" I yell at them furiously. I then realize what I've just sad. My mom..aye?

"Sorry Haruhi.." The twins say in a calming tone.

"We didn't mean for you to bring your mother up.." Tamaki giving me pity.

"It's fine. Now let's start the day!" I try to get the happy mood back up but everyone justs stands there in a really depressing way.

~Yu's Pov~

Ouran Academy..Uncle said she would be here. As I walk into the school everyone gives me weirded out looks or disturbed looks. I've forever wore this mask because what lies under it can kill.

I walk into the office and the lady at the desk just stares at me.

'Do you know where )-)aruhi would be?'
I write in fancy letters I can feel the lady still staring at my mask.

"Um, he's probably in the host club right now." The lady tells me. He? No, from what I've heard Haruhi's a girl. I decide to let it slide for this time.

'Where's the host club at?' I write on my board once more.

"It's in the music room." She says looking at her computer. I smile and wave goodbye as so does she. I can still feel her stares as I leave.

I'm now in front of the host club doors. I open them and petals fly towards me. Seven guys in costumes greet me with saying 'Welcome to the host club!'. I just stare at them wide-eyed which they obviously can't see because of my mask.

'Um, is Haruhi here?' I write on a board as they pull me inside.

"Oh look Haruhi! This lady is requesting you!" A dude with blonde hair says while gazing into my eyes on my mask. As Haruhi comes near me and the blondie he smiles at me and puts out his hand for me to take.

"What's your name?" Haruhi asks me still smiling. I can tell he's trying to avoid my mask.

'Haruhi..why are you dressed up as a boy?' The host goes into shocked mode. 'Uncle-Well your father pacifically said that you're a female not a male.'

"Are you my cousin?!" Haruhi exclaims with a shocked face.

'Yes, yes I am. Also I'm Yu-Yu Fujioka.' I shake her hand looking into her eyes.
