Note: POVs are here!!
"Elizabeth Welt, but you can call me Liz for short." The nurse introduced herself to Ten "And you are?"
"Ten." Ten reached her hand out for a shake.
"Ten who?" Liz asked while shaking her hand.
"It's just Ten I don't have a last name." Ten smiled and let her hand fall to her side. "So who would I be helping?"
"A small group of about 5 people." Liz said not questioning her last name. "Two adults and three children."
"I never knew they keep kids here." Ten rubbed her neck.
"Yeah but as soon as they turn 11 we bring them to the orphanage and let them get new families!" Liz tried to cheer the sadden Ten up. "They are just here, once we treat them everything is normal."
Liz then dragged Ten with her, she gave Ten a key card that allows her to go open anywhere but the other patient's room. Ten could only open her patient's rooms. Nine was running behind, the place felt exactly like the same lab he was in. Being close to Ten is his best comfort. After many walking and turning they reached the cells which are organized by colors. From Red being the most dangerous to Green being neutral and ready to leave. There is one section where the door was Grey. That caught Ten's attention but she ignored it and decided to ask Liz about it later.
"So here are your patients, you can meet them one by one." Liz went into the yellow section.
Yellow being somewhat okay, the patients never attack but just cause a lot of noises and table flipping. Going through the yellow section they reached another door with Ten's name on it.
"These would be your patients, please be patient with them." Liz used Ten's card which has a yellow on the edge. "They are very emotional."
Ten's POV
We went to the place and I saw around 20 cells but only 5 of them were lit up, three on one side and two on the other. The front were made out of bulletproof glass, while the sides of the cells were strong metal. Liz walked me to the first cell, she told me that the patient's name was Hector. It was said that he was hearing voices telling him to do things and sometimes he would do it.
"You can go inside if you want." Liz said
"I'll go." I used my keycard and opened the door to Hector's cells.
The room was a white square, and there was only a bed, toilet, sink and a desk. I saw Hector curled up into a ball in a corner on his bed which is a mattress similar to my bed. I took a few steps toward the poor guy. The more I look at him the more he looks tasty, shoot keep yourself together your not a cannibal anymore! I gestalt tapped on his head letting him know someone is here.
"Hi, Hector my name is Ten." I waved my hand as his head looked up.
"H-h-h-help." He whispered in a broken voice.
"I'll help you the best I can, okay?" I held out my hand "tell me what's going on?"
The man grabbed my hand and give it a small squeeze
"T-t-t-they are telling me to jump." The man then started to cry very very loudly. "I don't want to hear them!"
Soon he cried uncontrollably, still holding my hand. I patted his back hoping that it'll help. He wants to stop listening to the voices in his head, he needs to be distracted. I did bring a few things since I thought I would get bored during my stay. Luckily I have a bouncy ball in my pocket.
"Hector, listen this is a bouncy ball." I showed him the ball. It was green. "You throw it against the floor and I want you to focus only on it, nothing else."
