Miss me? [Slashers]

A lead

*Sirens in the distance, dogs barking and officers yelling*

Two people running to the woods, where they parked their car.

"THIS IS YOUR PLAN?!" Ten shouted while trying to hold the bag of food.

"THIS IS NOT HOW IT SHOULD BE, YOUR SUPPOSE TO DISTRACT AND I GRAB!" Lester jumped over a fallen branch, "Quickly get in the car."

Lester plopped the bag in the trunk and went into the driver's seat as Ten hopped on to the trunk. She hit the top of the car telling Lester to step on the gass, which he did and Ten only relaxed once she couldn't hear the dog parking again. Ten added a bit of her magic, putting a handful of mist down, soon it will cover the woods and the dogs would loose it's tail on them.

"Great plan, Lester." Ten sighed leaning against the truck and shut her eyes.

[Time skip]

The car stopped infront of the bridge, Lester got out of the driver seat and went to the trunk to see Ten asleep. Lester crossed his arms and tapped on her shoulder, waking her up.

"Okay sleeping beauty, come one we need to bring 'em goodies back home." Lester grabbed a bag and started to carry it back to the house.

Ten also grabbed the other one an walked until she stopped at the brigde, standing right from it. Thoughts came through her mind, what if it collasp? I don't want to fall again, I hate bridges very much. Lester on the other side asked if everything is alright, no nothing is alright. Ten nodded acting that she was just day dreaming, instead of taking the brigde and getting over her fear. She took a step towards the edge of the cliff, under it was sharp rocks and strong water. Lester yelled at her to get away, but eventually stopped when he watched in amazement as Ten walked across the empty space.

"You never told me you can do that." Lester laughed

"I guess I forgot." Ten shrugged and the two went to the house. "Why is everything silent?"

"Shit I forgot my keys." Lester patted himself, so Ten knocked on the door.

No one came to open it, and there was no movement not noise inside. Ten thinking the worst can happen started to look for a way to get in, the house is in shape so the police couldn't have gotten in. Then there is a crack under the door.

"Give me a moment." Ten said.

"Uh sure wh- holy shit." Lester backed away as Ten suddenly turned into a mist.

She slowly went under the door and entered the house. Unlocking it from the inside Lester came in and put the groceries away. The place was clean, no sign of any fight, where could they be?

[Ten's POV]

Lester offered to put away everything and let me go look for them, so I could explore the place. I checked many rooms and also outside. There is no one anywhere, maybe they went out hunting. Just then so remembered they have a basement, it would be weird to see them all gathered around in a basement. I opened the doors to stairs going down to another door, which is made from metal and a small peak hole. There was a space under the door which I definitely could go under. Misting myself again, I slide under and try to make myself as light as I can. Normally I would be a heavy mist and you can't see through it, but if I could make myself light enough I just could be transparent. Sadly I suck at doing it, but it's worth a shot. I spread out moving most of the mist in a dark corner as I float over them above their heads looking down. On the cleaned up table was old photos I had taken many, too. They kept it, and forgot about it, why keep it though? And a light bulb lit up in my head, the ghost girl Freddy and the others were talking about. She must had made them remember, I guess the other me was really real.
