One month! Jeonghan has completed his one month here. He has a mixed reaction to it. At one time he felt like it was yesterday he started living with them but at the same time, it feels like he has known them for years. Everyone's so nice to him. Not a single person tried to cross their boundary and make him feel uncomfortable. He names a thing and they bring it for him without questioning.

In this one month, he tried his best to find something to hate them. Forget hating, instead, he started getting affectionate towards them. He can't see them hurt or unhappy. Their smiles bring peace to him.

Jeonghan is sure that he would have declared himself the victim of Stockholm syndrome if he didn't remember the fact that it was all his plan to end up here. No one has abducted him, it was he who willingly came here. So he can't even blame that stupid syndrome for the feelings he has been feeling.

He is in his room just sighing from the fact that he is losing the plot. He understands that he needs to end this mission as soon as possible because staying any longer would only cause trouble. He wants to end everything before he completely loses his mind (and heart). With each passing day, the line between right and wrong is blurring. And no matter how much he tries he can't help it. His consciousness is walking on that blurred line. Every day he reminds him of the purpose of being here but by the end of the day, he forgets it. But who can blame him? He is happy here and living his best life. Part of him doesn't even want to end this mission.

Sometimes, he thinks about the time when everything was easy. He has done numerous missions but one thing about other missions was that the Department always provided him the character details and background story. All he needs to do is act and he is best at it. He never stressed about someone checking on his character background because the department has him cover for every aspect. Even if someone gets to know his real identity and name, they still can't access it as it is not public data like any other citizen. It is treated as confidential data. It was to protect agents from potential risks of getting discovered and putting their family or loved ones at risk.

This time it was different. No character name... no background... no details... nothing was provided by the department as the mission was treated with urgency and everyone acted on it. Jeonghan himself took the liberty for it. He almost blew everything on the first day by telling his real name. Does he regret it? No. Because even though he is lying about his identity, everything else he is doing and the way he is behaving is something real Jeonghan would do.

He knows that Wonwoo may have tried to access his data from his name but there are thousands of Jeonghan in South Korea and it'll take time to go through everyone. Also if he met a dead end on public servers, he still can't find anything because everything about him is protected by the department and if someone tries to access it illegally, they have to go through a lot of security checks. So he is not worried about that.

But he is worried about his feelings. Every single emotion he is feeling and showing is 100% true. That's what concerns him the most. The only lie is his hidden identity, the rest is all him. Genuine him.

"AAhhhh... this so annoying," Jeonghan yelled.

It's afternoon and he lying in his room as always. Everyone except for Wonwoo is out for work. He is still doing nothing to collect evidence or any information. He doesn't even have any motivation to do so.

"What should I do?" Jeonghan said in frustration.

He opened his phone and tried to find something to distract himself from the whirlwind he was feeling. He was looking for something and that's when his gaze fell on the photos app. He realized that he still hadn't checked the photos they clicked on their day out. So without thinking much, he opened it.
