Lauren's POV

Sleeping in Cole's arms is literally the best sleep ever but his bed definitely helps as it's better than mine haha. We both groaned when his alarm went off neither one of us wanting to move but we knew we had to . I turned more and looked at him only to find him already staring at me
C- good morning beautiful
L- hehe good morning
C- you sleep well
L- I always do when you're with me
C- good that's what I like to hear
He kissed me then we got up and took turns in the bathroom getting ready for school then met up with the guys in the kitchen.
Guys- good morning alpha good morning Luna
I know that's who I am now and all but actually hearing people refer to me as Luna threw me for a loop and it didn't go unnoticed
C- that's what you are babe
L- I know it's just new and we'll not what I'm used to being called especially by them
G- which were sorry about by the way from now on it will always be Luna or Lauren that's it we swear right boys
Guys- right
They all started getting food so I just sat down and let them be
C- you're not hungry babe
L- no honestly I rarely eat anything in the morning and if I do it's usually like an apple

C- babe are you sure that's safe to do
L - it hasn't been a problem so far

As they ate I couldn't help but think about how awkward school was going to be today and how I have to let destini know I've been hiding this from her for so long now
Dav- are you ok Luna
L- im just  worried about how today is going to go
C- what do you mean
L- school finding out I'm your mate aka their Luna my friend finding out I've been keeping the biggest secret ever from her and let's not forget seeing cassidy again
G- I'm sure your friend will understand
Dal- who cares about what the school thinks you two are happy that's all that matters
C- and cassidy won't be a problem I'm sure after you stopped her yesterday
L- ehh maybe
C- only one way to find out cause we gotta go
I whimpered but said ok and grabbed his hand and we walked out to his car and he opened the door for me but before anyone did anything Dalton decided to mess around
Dal- aww you're so sweet opening the door for me what a gentleman you are
C- go away
I laughed at the two then Dalton moved and I got in the car with them following suit as the rest got in gabes car. The drive to school went way to fast for my liking . We got out and Cole held my hand then also wrapped his arm around me still holding my hand seeming to really want to prove the point I belong to him. Of course the first few groups of kids to see this talked amongst themselves then ran off spreading the word so by the time we made it to my locker destini was standing there waiting and waiting for an explanation more than anything else
L- oh boy
C- do you want me to help
L- no it's probably better I have this conversation alone
C- are you sure
L- yes but I'll link you to come back cause I have a feeling I'll need your hugs and kisses to make me feel better after this
C- ok
He let go of me then kissed me before him and Dalton walked away and I finished making my way to destini
L- look I know you're probably mad but please let me explain
Des- go ahead
L- he's my mate we've known this since shortly after his birthday/ ceremony but he didn't decide on who he was going to be with until yesterday
Des- oh wow
L- now the reason I didn't let you know sooner is because one I didn't know how it was going to end up and two because I was guilty because me and Cole had many moments of heated makeout sessions and cuddles and he marked me at the beach bash
Des- girl
L- I know not the brightest move but he's my mate it's hard to think rationally
Des- I get it but what about Shane then
L- at the beach bash everything was nice but after that he became obsessed and creeped me out and we did everything against my will cause I was scared to say no and also felt like I couldn't so I think he's an alpha as well but he went to hit me the other day and thankfully gabe heard my cries and stopped it from happening so Saturday I was safe in the house but yesterday he tried having me run away with him but cole shut that down immediately and that's how it was revealed I'm actually his mate not cassidy and he unmarked her and chose me after all
Des- holy crap
L- yeahhh
Des- so you and Cole are official you're our Luna
L- yup
Des- oh my goodness
L- you're telling me
Des- you got this I believe in you but I gotta say it will be weird hanging out around him
L- it will just take some time getting used to it and well he's on his way back over so get ready
Des- haha ok
He came over and wrapped his arms around me holding me from behind as I practically melted in his hold. I looked at him and smiled and he kissed me and we stayed like that talking with destini til the bell rang. Maybe today won't be too bad after all !
