Lauren's POV

I woke up from my nap clenching my chest cause my heart was beating fast and hurting like crazy!
Des- you don't look good
L- I don't feel good des I hurt I hurt a lot and out of no where
Des- what hurts
L- my heart
Des- we gotta get you to the hospital
I got up and held my chest and we made it there just in time for me to see gabe helping cole inside as well and he looked bad too! It hurt to see him it hurt to see him like this which just made my pains worse. The nurses quickly took us to a room and started running a whole bunch of tests and of course us being here didn't go unnoticed as it was now breaking news on the tvs making us both groan as they put us in a joint room for obvious reasons.  Gabe and destini were with us until my parents and his all showed up and stayed with us until we got the test results back
Dr- ok Luna Lauren it appears your heart issues are due to a broken heart and strain to the mate bond
L- yeah sounds about right
I glanced over at cole who was just looking down at his hands but I could see the tears running down his face which made me sad which hurt my heart more.
Dr- and alpha you have the same strain to your mate bond but must have been doing some hyperventilating for a while
C- I was yes
Dr- now the reason it was so powerful is because you both have magic in your system but alpha you more than her which has affected your lungs because you must have digested something you shouldn't have recently
L- magic
Dr- yes Luna you are aware wolves have magic tendencies right
L- yes and don't you dare talk to me like I'm stupid
Dr- yes of course Luna I'm very sorry about that
Before anyone could say anything there was a growl and it didn't take me long to figure out it was cole and why he did it which made me giggle which lessened the pain a bit.
MrP- any clue as to how this magic got in their system
Dr- someone must have done it to them cause if they haven't taken anything out of the normal it would be known by now
MrW- is there a way to figure out who did it
Dr- unfortunately not but they will need to stay since yes we know the cause they are still serious parts of the body and need to be supervised for a while
MrsP- of course
C- is there any way you all can leave and bring in gabe and Destini again please I need to have a word with them
MrsW - ok
They all headed out and soon enough gabe and Destini were back in
C- someone put a spell on us causing strain to the bond and I have digested some of this magic which has fucked up my lungs I need to know if either of you have noticed anything weird
Des- besides your behavior
G- actually des what ever magic he took could have caused the weird behavior
L- confront Cassidy and Cole don't even think about telling them no or defend her again or anything at all
C- I'm not saying anything
G- we're on it
C- get the rest of the guys to help if necessary
G- got it
L- go do it now
Des- we're going we're going
And with that they ran out and I sighed realizing this could all make sense now if it was her doing. Cole knew what I was thinking and stretched his hand out for me to grab seeing as neither of us could get up so I grabbed it and cried while he rubbed his thumb against the back of my hand
L- I'm so sorry cole
C- you have nothing to apologize about I should be sorry I'm the one who was messing things up
L- I love you
C- i love you more
