It's been a week since my birthday/ceremony so a week since I discovered Lauren was my mate and everyday I spend time with Cassidy at school and sometimes right after or at night like after dinner. Then I would spend that other free time with Lauren. I know it's not fair to either of them especially Lauren cause one she's actually being patient and waiting and two she's my mate and while the bond isn't completely there since I haven't marked her she is still way more connected. I've also managed to go the whole week without anyone questioning my mate cause like I told Cassidy mark or no mark everyone will just assume it's her since I've showed no one else attention in public . Today I stayed home from school cause I wanted a break away from cassidy and a break a way from Lauren to try and clear my head and heart at that matter to try and make a decision. Cassidy is everything my Luna should be she's strong she's got the fire to standup to anyone and everyone she's a fighter and she can actually shift whenever she pleases. Now Lauren on the other hand is the weakest of the bunch she can't shift when she wants to it's only a rare time that her wolf comes forward she can't defend herself at all and she's a total pushover but she's also incredibly adorable and innocent and well let's not forget she's the one who will keep this pack going and what better way then to have those pups be from an alpha linage as well to give them a fighting chance when growing up. Plus let's not forget cassidy will have no problem finding someone else to be with she will find her true mate if I was to not be with her while Lauren on the hand would probably be alone forever meaning there would'nt ever be new pups to keep the pack going. Andddd I already told cassidy I would reject my mate while yes she knows it hasn't happened yet because it's not so easy I keep reminding her I will so how can I suddenly dump her. I sighed and got up and left for the gym . I was at the gym for a couple hours then I headed home and showered and headed down to find some food when all the guys walked in
G- hey man how you feeling
C- alright just like I felt this morning
Dav- then why did you stay home
C- cause I had some stuff to handle that's all
Dal- anything we can help with I mean we are your council for a reason
C- I know and no this is something I gotta do on my own but it proved staying home doesn't help it so I'll be back to school tomorrow as usual
Dana- ok well the omega will drop the stuff off later for us as usual
W- well what used to be the usual since you seem to always go to her for the stuff lately
C- I just happen to be out it just makes it easy that way
G- no one was questioning anything dude why are you getting so defensive

I grabbed an apple and water then ran back up to my room still heating them

I locked myself in my room and hours later I knew she was here and it took everything in me to stay put. I want to see her I want to have her wrapped in my arms but the whole point of today was for me to distance myself . Soon enough Dalton walked in handing me my stuff

C- you know I'm getting real tired of all of you just calling her the omega she has a name
Dal- ok that may be true but she's beneath us
C- I didn't realize you were so superficial Dalton

Dal- seriously dude what's going on is there something we should no
C- nothing I just think no matter where they're ranked they are  members of my pack and deserve respect so start calling her by her name am I understood
