Ines put a cup in front of Leia, before she sat in front of her sister in law.
"What is this?" Leia asked, grabbing the cup and smelling it.
"It is one of the relaxing herb tea from aunt Beru's book," Ines explained to her. "Drink, it would calm you down."
"I am calm," Leia replied, gaining a look from Ines.
Sighing she took a sip from the steamy drink.
After a few minutes of silence, after looking at the kids that were in the patio sitting down on the floor, while the girls and Bail were telling what happened in the canyon to Ben, Leia looked back to her best friend and sister in law.
"You agree with Han, don't you?" she asked her.
Ines sighed. They knew each other since they were babies, so she knew that lying was not an option, and she didn't like that either.
"Lets be real here Leia, you do have the tendency to judge Anakin anytime he does something not good, comparing to Bail."
Leia gasped at that.
"You too?"
"Well you asked me and I'm being honest. And come on, even you know that."
Looking down at the cup in her hands, Leia knew they were right.
"But that doesn't mean I hate my son. I love him with all my heart."
"Nobody is question that Leia," Ines smiled and grabbed her friend's hands. "Look, we are friends since we were babies. I saw you as my sister, even before you became my sister in law for real. And as a mother, I know how much you love all of your kids. From Iris to the twins. But you need to relax a little bit. Anakin is a child. He is four years old. He will do a lot of things that will sound insane. But because he is a kid. It has nothing to do with his name or any dark side thing."
"That is easy for you to talk. Your kids are angels comparing to mine."
Ines had to laughed at that remark, which made Leia frown.
"What's so funny?" she asked.
"My kids? Angels? I think today you just saw that they are not those angels."
Leia looked at them and couldn't help to giggled.
"Well you're right on that."
"Trust me, your nephews, and especially your nieces are no angels. They do pretty stupid things and do tantrums too. If you saw the big tantrum that Alli did last week, you would be shocked. But Luke and I don't freak out, thinking that maybe it is a dark side thing. They are four, and they will do many stupid things typical of their age. We did too, remember? What we need to do is guide them in the right direction. It has nothing to do with the fact that they have the blood of their grandfather, or their name. Besides, Bail was the one who was mean to his twin brother, and I don't remember you being scared that was a sign he was getting dark. Did you?"
Leia looked at Ines. Her sister in law was right. She didn't think that of Bail, not even for one second. But in case of Anakin, she freaked out and even didn't believe her own son.
"What have I done? My son hates me now."
"No he doesn't. He is a smart kid, he will forget that. But you need to talk to him and show him how much you love him. Cause even if we know and you know that, sometimes our actions don't show that, and maybe we need to remind them how much they are important in our lives."
"You are talking like you had the same problem with the kids."
Ines glare at the kids and looked back at Leia.
