*Andy's POV*
I managed to calm Markie down, and after chatting for an hour I decided to go home, since she needed some time alone
"okay, I'm going na. Call me if you need anything, and for God's sake; don't drink" I stood up and took my bag
"don't worry, I won't" She chuckled
"Hatid na kita" she offered
"No need, I'll commute nalang" pag tatanggi ko
"I'll just book you a grab, and I won't take no as an answer" she pointed at me
"Fine, you win" I sighed in defeat
Markie gave me a winning smile then proceeded to book a grab for me, hinatid niya ako palabas ng lobby at sabay naming hinintay yung grab
Nang makarating na yung grab, ay dali dali niya akong pinag-buksan ng pinto
"Text me when you get home" wika nito
I gave her a quick smile and nodded. She shifted her eyes at kuya driver and said "kuya ingat po kayo, and here's a tip po" sabay abot ng five-hundred peso bill
"Ay ma'am, maraming salamat po!" pag papasalamat ng driver kay Markie
"Oh sige, bye Andy. Text me, okay?" Markie closed the door
On the way home, kuya opened the radio to break the silence
"ma'am ang swerte niyo naman po" kuya said while looking at the rear view mirror
"Ha? ano po?" Nag tatakang tanong ko
"Sa kasintahan niyo po" maikling sagot ni kuya
Kahit hindi ko nakikita ang mukha ni kuya, ay halata naman na he's grinning
"Ahh, yun po? ano kaba kuya, kaibigan lang po siya" nauutal kong sagot
Kaibigan lang ba turing mo sakaniya?
"Weh, hay nako ma'am ganyan rin po kami dati ng asawa ko. Kunwari kaibigan, pero deep inside mahal na pala isa't isa" asar ni kuya
"hay kuya naman, pag tayo na aksidente, ikaw una kong mumultuhin" I diverted the topic para 'di halatang namumula na ako
"Ma'am bat tila namumula po kayo?" Kuya took a glance on the rear view mirror
I opened my phone to check myself and saw how red I was
"Huy, kuya ano kaba, natural lang toh" I panicked
Kuya just let out a chuckle after I said that and focused on driving
"Kuya, thank you. Ingat po sa pag biyahe" I told kuya before exiting the vehicle
"Salamat po ulit! Ma'am kung ako sayo amin kana" biro ni kuya bago ako umalis
