*Markie's POV*
Have you ever heard of the 11:11 wish? If yes, then you probably know what I'm going to discuss further in the story.
Every evening, at exactly 11:10 pm, I would go out to the balcony to look at the stars, I would wonder if when will I find my star; a star that would light up the skies of my darkest nights. When the clock struck 11:11 pm, I would wish the same thing over and over again; For Andy to notice me, to notice my love for her, not as a friend nor best friend, but as someone she would spend the rest of her life with, someone who would she cherish every moment with.
Unfortunately I never lost hope, I kept hoping, hoping that she would reciprocate the love I give her as a lover not as a friend. It seems impossible as it thinks but wala naman mawawala if susubukan ko. Eversince that kiss at the dance studio, I knew there was something, or am I just delusional?
I already took the risk, I kissed her, pero bakit walang nangyari? We're still best friends unfortunately. Torpe ba siya? o baka hanggang best friends lang talaga kami?
"Uh si Cole?" I asked one of their band mates, sumilip ako sa rehearsal room para kausapin si Cole.
"Oh! bat napadaan ka dito?" Cole noticed me at lumapit agad sa'kin.
"Wala lang, break time namin" Katwiran ko sakaniya.
"Break niyo ba?" I added.
"Oo, kakatapos lang namin mag polish" she nodded.
"Can I talk to you? Dun tayo malapit sa open fields, para tahimik" aya ko sakaniya.
"sige, tara na" she nodded at lumabas kami ng rehearsal room.
umupo kami sa bench malapit sa open field para mag usap.
"oh anong gusto mong pag-usapan?" tanong ni Cole habang umiinom ng tubig.
"ano kasi, I'm confused, Cole" Napasandal nalang ako.
"confused sa ano?" naguguluhang tanong nito.
"About Andy" maikling sagot ko.
she instantly knew what I was talking about and nodded.
"Cole, I took the risk, pero bakit ganito parin? she still sees me as her best friend?" I ranted.
"Anong risk? umamin ka?" She panicked.
"we kissed, I-I mean I kissed her, pero she kissed me back, in short we kissed" nagugulahan kong sabi.
I looked at Cole and saw her jaw drop to the ground.
"N-nag kiss kayo?! as in labi to labi?!" She was in disbelief.
"please don't tell anyone, ikaw lang nakakaalam nito.. and Sheena" I asked her a favor.
"alam toh ni Sheena?! yung Sheena ni Gale?!" She was speechless.
"Yeah.. unfortunately, she caught us, pero I begged her not to tell anyone" napakamot nalang ako sa ulo ko.
"Kailan pa?!" Inalog alog niya ako.
