I tried to forget my mother's words, but I couldn't. Her words seemed to be so demanding for me to understand them. My mother was right, I've never been in love, and I would never know how to distinguish it from adoration or a sense of care for Hanni. But I tried to stick with either or and not let it get out of control. And another thing that my mother was right about, was the fact that he was in fact going to try to get her back one he realized his mistake, and there was nothing that could make me fume up any more than that.

"Another set?" I asked irritatedly as I watched Hanni take a set of roses from the delivery guy that Yuta sent. I could feel my blood boiling this is the tenth one this week! When will he stop? Or even worse, will he convince her to get back with him? I didn't like the thought nor the visual of it. He's a fucking prune that had no fucks to give when he kicked her out, she'd be crazy to go back with him! I won't let it happen, I can't. "He won't stop until I talk to him." She said and eyes widened at the statement. No way Jose!

"Don't even think of it, he doesn't even deserve for you to have mercy on him and talk to him." I said as she walked past me and headed to the kitchen to throw out the roses. "I know, but I want him to stop, it's too much. Even for a girl who truly appreciates it these kind of things." She said from the kitchen. I made my way to the kitchen as I watched her read the little note that the roses had. I clenched my jaw, wanting to rip that stupid piece of paper. I don't know what was happening with me, every time I saw a new set of roses, I could feel myself wanting to explode.

Hanni threw the note away and headed to me, wrapping me down in her arms. Hanni and I grew close, like very close. I wrapped my arms around her and lifted her up which caused her to let out a squeal. "Put me down!" She said through giggles. I just love having Hanni like this, her worried face was long gone and now was plastered with a happy expression. This is a win in life, seeing the most beautiful woman ever smiling like this. I put her back down and she looked up at me. "This past month has been the best, and I can't thank you enough for that." She said and I only gave her forehead a kiss. Did I mention that our affection towards each other go as far as cute little kisses? And also never realized how much of a physical touch type of person Hanni was, but I didn't mind. It felt good, it felt nice to have her touch on me.

Ever since my mother came around, something in Hanni shifted her closer to me. And I would like to believe that it was the reason of our closeness. And before you go ahead of yourself, I'm not complaining! I like it, more than I should. "You know, we should probably bake something. In the time I've been here I've never really used your kitchen." Hanni said, moving away and heading to the cooking area. I looked at her with a giant smile. "Let me call Hyein, so that she could get us some baking ingredients." I said as I pulled out my phone but before I could dial her number, my phone was snatched away from my grasp.

I looked up to see Hanni smiling at me. "No, we're going grocery shopping. You need to socialize more, Ms. Kim." She said as she gave me my phone back with a teasing smile and started to head out of the kitchen. "Come on!" She said calling me over. Even though I've never gone out to grocery shop, I found myself following her and heading to my private elevator as I put a pair of shoes on. Hanni was wearing a pair of shorts and a tank top, black sandals on her feet. While I were some loose jeans and a hoodie. The most casual look you'll ever get from me. She yanked my arm and dragged me inside the elevator. Of course, we didn't forget our way of paying.

I looked over at her, she was like a little kid excited to go out to the park or something like that. I decided to take a day off, which means a day off for Hanni too. I have Hyein who is in charge while I'm gone. She handles things pretty well despite that she's fresh out of high school. She's just as trust worthy as Hanni, which means a lot to me. I prefer the trust and spending time with her to teach her the basics. She learned pretty quickly too. Go, Hyein!
