Chapter 49: Complications arising

One year later.........

New Delhi
8:00 am.

Aarohi's sleep broke due to alarm sound and her hand searched for husband after finding the empty space besides her, a realisation hitted her.

After rubbing her eyes she rubbed her eyes after removing the blanket from her body. She held the photo frame of Aarav's photo in her hand and kissed it while saying, " Missing you so much. Please come soon ".

Aarav had went to Mumbai for some office work. So, since one week and Aarohi is missing him so badly. Being alone in this room makes her feel lonely now a days.

After freshening up and taking a shower. She went to Ragini who was sitting in the garden side. With a pale face and faded smile she spoke, " Good morning, Mom ".

Ragini smiled and replied, " Good morning beta ". Ragini asked, " Aarohi tum thik to ho na. Tumhara chehra kyu utra hua hai ". Aarohi nodded in no and said , " Wo na mom raat ko na thoda late tak kaam kar rahi thi new book ke liye isliye thoda thak gayi hu shayad ".

Ragini spoke in a concerned voice, " Beta thodi der aur rest kar lete aise health kyu compromise kar rahi ho ". Aarohi said, " Actually I don't feel like sleeping anymore and you don't even let me do any household chores here it make me feel more bored ".

Ragini said, " Beta mujhe tumhari tabiyat thik nahi lag rahi hai tum rest karo, tum kaho to mein doctor ko call karti hu ". Aarohi said , " Nahi mom, mein thik hu and honestly mein jitna room mein rehti hu utna hi lonely sa feel hoga hai mujhe ".

Ragini held her hand and said , " I know it must be tough for you. No matter how much supportive in laws you get, but no one can replace the love and affection your husband can provide you ".

Aarohi just nodded in response. Ragini spoke, " Ab to Amaira bhi yaha nahi hai".
She have left to London for her further studies. She further continued, " Aur Vihaan bhi ghar par jyada time nahi de paa raha jab se Aarav Mumbai gaya hai kyuki office mein bhi workload badh raha hai ".

Aarohi replied, " Its not their fault mom, They have other things things to manage too. I am alright. Its just a matter of week then Aarav will be back soon. Please don't stress about it ".

Ragini said, " Beta tum kuch din apne maike kyu nahi ho aati. Tumhara Mann bhi lag jaega aur tumhe kaafi time bhi ho gaya waha par gaye huye ". A smile tugged over Aarohi's lips while listening to her idea.

Ragini said, " To fir tum apni packing kar lo. Mein driver se keh kar tumhe waha par drop karwa dungi. Ab apna mood thik kar lo jaldi se. Meri beti hasti huyi hi achi lagti hai ". A bright smile appeared on her face and she left for her room to pack some stuff to go back to Ambala.

Time skips............

8:00 pm

Aarohi was sitting at the dining table with her family. Sandhya spoke while serving some rice in her plate , " Beta tumhari tabiyat to thik hai na. Jab se aayi ho udaas si lag rahi ho ".

Aarohi replied, " Mumma, mein ek dum thik hu wo na travelling ki wajah se thak gayi hu aap chinta mat karo ". After eating a little from her plate. She kept it aside.

Ragini said, " Tumne kuch khaya bhi hai iss mein ". Aarohi replied, " Mumma, mujhe bhook nahi lag rahi hai." Saying this she kept the food aside and left for her room.

After taking a shower and changing into comfortable clothes. She dozed into heavy sleep being tired for the day. Covering herself in blanket while missing him she doesn't even know when sleep engulfed her that she doesn't even waited for his call.
