Jara : you two came to the forest like Sri Krishna and Satyabhama. Do you think that i am narakasura ? You can't do anything DCP sir. You did a mistake by messing with me back then. I ignored it and now you are here again. Did you tell your wife about our friendship ? 

Dev : I am not your friend.

Jara : madam ! Your husband is a sweet lier. Don't believe him by looking at his innocent face. We are close friends madam. We did lot of things together. I even told my iconic love story to your husband. Do you know what he did ? He came for arresting me on my wedding by giving me a big surprise. Do you know what that surprise is ? You don't know right ! He is a police. I never knew that. He stayed with me in the same jail for 1 week and he only helped me to escape.

Dev : 3... 2...1...

He looked at amukta and she nodded at him. They put on their masks  They took out the sleeping gas  cans and throwed them all around. Soon everyone became unconscious. They sighed with relief. Within few minutes the Soma Sekhar came with battalion and they captured him.

Amukta : it was easier than what I expected. 

Dev :  true ! 

Amukta : let's go home.

Dev : no ! We aren't done yet. We didn't find rajat. We should get him.

Amukta : yes ! 

CI soma sekhar : sir ! Let's go back sir ! It is going to become morning soon. 

Dev : no ! We will be back only after finding rajat. Be careful. Don't let them escape. 

Amukta : after 20 minutes give the injections that i gave to you. They won't wake up for 3 hours. By that time you can get out of the forest.

CI somasekhar : yes ma'am.

Dev took permission from his higher officials and magistrate to use sedatives . After lot of persuasion they have given permission. But still dev should face the consequences of using sedatives from human rights commission who are good for nothing in his view. He felt like slapping rajat for being careless initially but it turned out to be something that is actually good because they found jara. But rajat went missing. 

After getting call from mythri , dev thought about it and decided to let jara to know about their arrival. He thought that it is the best way to trace him out and also find rajat. He got an unanimous email from someone stating that jara is just a puppet but there is someone else behind everything that is happening in the forest. Dev took it seriously after that person revealed something about dev that even amukta doesn't know. The person who sent the email also sent some photos of jara bowing to someone. He also got  some pics of a tribal group interacting with him. But they aren't looking like those people who reside in the forest with harmony. He realised that the smuggling is something that is being done to divert the attention of police. But something else is happening in the forest. He very well know that the case is going to close in a week. But he can't leave it. He could never leave everything behind and move on. He wants to find answers for everything. He wants to know what's going on in the forest. This region of the forest where they have sojourned throughout the night is said to be filled with wild animals. But they haven't seen any animals except few hares and monkeys . They didn't even see any black bucks which are said to be found in huge number in this forest. There are no traces of tigers or elephants.

Amukta : dev ! 

Dev : huh ?

Amukta : I don't know why but i am getting some bad vibes.

Dev : hey ! Everything is going to be okay. We can do this.

Amukta nodded and dev kissed her hand. Dev regretted taking amukta with him. He never thought to risk her life but indeed they are taking risk now. He can easily back off and stay calm about his findings. But he didn't do that. He decided to find out.

Dev : this is not something of the sort that we are thinking and investigating. There is much more to what we are seeing. They aren't smugglers but something else. They are wearing the mask called smugglers. Because of that they have 2 advantages. They are getting the money needed for achieving their target and secrecy.

Amukta : what are they doing then ? Then what about jara ? Who is he ?

Dev : he is a smuggler. That's obvious. But he is not the main culprit whom we are supposed to find. There is someone else. A hidden monster. He is someone who is capable of spreading a wildfire on a rainy night. He made us a flock of fools. Jara is his mask. We removed the mask. So, he will be out soon. 

Amukta : where are we going now ?

Dev : remember what was written in the email ? We got the address of a place called asurateertham. People say that it was the place where once demons used to hide. But the point is , it is such a place which is perfectly suitable for hiding. 

Amukta : So, you think that they must be hiding at that place . Am i right ?

Dev : yes ! And we are not searching for Rajat. He is fine. I told a lie to Soma Sekhar because I don't want everyone to know about this. That would put us in trouble.

Amukta nodded.

Dev : did you remember how to use the gun ? 

Amukta : yes ! 

Amukta and dev both studied in sainik school . Because of that they have been in NCC . Amukta knows how to use the gun. She was very much interested in martial arts and dev proudly agrees that his wife can fight better than him.

Dev : more 10 kms. Can you see those hills ?

Amukta : yes ! 

Dev : we have to get down from that way over there. 

Dev showed a path carved on the hill. Amukta observed her surroundings. She is in the deep woods. But she is not at all scared. Because she is confident on herself  and her husband.

Dev : sh*t ! What's wrong with this ?

The jeep stopped all of sudden. Dev groaned in frustration. He is trying to start it again but it is isn't starting. 

Amukta : dev ! Look there !

Amukta showed a group of people standing a little away from them. They are similar to the people whom he saw in the photos sent by that anonymous person yesterday. But after seeing them closely he realised that they aren't what he is thinking. They have guns and other weapons in their hands.
