As we stepped out of Gerson's shop, the faint echo of the bell above the door fading behind us, I felt a sense of purpose. Gerson had generously given me some supplies—food, a map, and a few useful items—free of charge. He also told us about a place called Snowdin Town, suggesting it as my next destination.

"Snowdin Town, huh? That place is pretty chilly!" Undyne said, her voice full of excitement as she led the way. Her enthusiasm was infectious, and I couldn't help but smile as we walked.

"Yeah," I replied, looking at the map Gerson had provided. "He said it's a good place to find shelter and maybe even get some help with my Memory."

Undyne bounced ahead, turning to face me as she walked backward. "You'll love it there! Snowdin's great. Lots of cool monsters live there. Plus, it's a great place to practice your new Magic"

I nodded, feeling some apprehension. The supplies Gerson had given me made me feel more prepared, but I knew I had a long way to go in order to survive. Still, with more info and supplies by my side, I felt more confident.

"You know," Undyne said, her eyes gleaming with curiosity, "I've never seen anyone do what you did back there. The whole goopy hand thing. It was so cool! I bet you're gonna figure out even more awesome stuff soon."

I smiled, grateful for her encouragement. "Thanks, Undyne. I hope so. Right now, it's all pretty new and strange. But what's with you and constantly wanting me to train it, its like you want me to fight you or something."

".........."

"Well Damm I feel so betrayed right now."

We continued walking through the winding paths of the underground, the air growing cooler as we made our way toward Snowdin Town. The map indicated that we still had a bit of a journey ahead of us, but with Undyne's chatter and energy, the trip didn't seem exhausting.

As we walked, I thought about everything Gerson had told me. Controlling my emotions, practicing under different conditions, and experimenting in a safe environment—it all made sense. I just needed to stay focused and determined.

Undyne suddenly stopped and pointed ahead. "Hey, look! I think I see some snowflakes. We must be getting close!"

I looked up and saw tiny flakes of snow drifting down from above, the air growing noticeably colder. It was a beautiful sight, and it filled me with a sense of wonder and anticipation.

As we walked through the winding paths of the cavern, Undyne was as lively as ever. She jumped from rock to rock, barely able to contain her excitement. But as we approached the exit leading to Snowdin, her pace slowed.

"Hey, Alex," she called out, her voice  tinged with something else. "I...I can't go with you to Snowdin."

I stopped and turned to face her. "What do you mean? Why not?"

She kicked at a small stone, her personality momentarily dimmed. "I have to stay here in Waterfall. It's my home, and I can't stray too far from it. Plus, if anyone else gets into trouble, they'll need my help."

I nodded, understanding but still disappointed. "I get it, Undyne. You're needed here."

She smiled, a bit of her usual enthusiasm returning but still not s bright as it was . "Yeah! And you'll be fine! You're tough, and Snowdin is a friendly place. You'll find help there, for sure."

I couldn't help but smile at her confidence in me. "Thanks, Undyne. For everything. I wouldn't have made it this far without you."

"Hey, no problem!" she said, puffing out her chest with pride. "Just promise me you'll be careful, okay?"
