"That's it! I'm coming home right now. I won't let the government tell me no!"
Arthur is livid after hearing about the death of Seleste's parents. He has been holding back his rage since the Rock Springs meteor. If the justice system won't do something about these criminals, he is going to take it into his own hands.
"Aru, don't do anything rash ok? I can't lose you too"
Tears streamed down Seleste's face as Len comforts her. She insisted on seeing them one last time and will be preparing their funeral with her other family members. Leaving Len home by himself. He knew that she needed time to be with family. Perhaps he would go see family as well. Or find them.
Seleste calls her grandmother to let her know about what happened, and that she'll be staying with her for awhile. Soon, Seleste left and have gone out of state.
Len dearly wanted to find his parents and brother. His uncle, Arthur's father, said to him that him and his wife are going out to see if they can find any clues about their whereabouts. And has told him to go visit once he's fully healed. Len has been very antsy, desperately wanting to be of help.

Lights flashed brightly in that somewhat lit evening. Upon arrival, Seleste views roughly 7 to 10 body bags with lots of cops and detectives surrounding the bodys and around the hospital. As Seleste approaches the line of carcasses, a police officer walks up to her.
"I'm sorry ma'am, you are not allowed any closer to the crime scene."
Annoyed but desperate, Seleste pleaded with the officer
"Please, I need to know which one is those bodies are my parents. I got a phone call about 45 minutes ago. Please, I need to see them."
Another officer approachs and intervenes.
"It's ok Jerry, I called for her."
Officer Longstein gestures Seleste to follow him.
"Ma'am, what is your name?"
"Seleste Alinz sir"
They continue walking towards the bodies and Officer Longstein tells a few of the other officers to bring two bodies to him.
"Ma'am, let me know when you are ready and we'll unzip both bags for you."
Tears start pouring out of her eyes again and she squats down to get closer to the bags. She sat there for a minute or two hugging her knees and crying into them.
"Sniff* ok, I'm ready"
The helping officers start to open the bags and inside were two dark skinned individuals. One male, the other female. It was her parents, the blood stained clothes they wore was the same ones that she bought and dressed them in earlier that morning. There were two bullet wounds to her father's forehead and three more to his torso. Her mother only had two shots to her body.
Seleste felt sadness and anger. She screamed her heart out and tried to reach towards her parents. However was stopped by a detective.
"I'm sorry ma'am, we are still examining these bodies. Please try not to touch them"
Seleste became angry
"These bodies are My parents! You!!... You better find these criminals. Otherwise I will, and you'll have more bodies to inspect!"
Some of the officers tried calming her down and another gave her a blanket which she brushes off of her and throws it to the ground.
"I'm sorry ma'am, we'll let you know when you may retrieve your parents."
Seleste somberly walks back towards the direction she came from and calls for her Grandmother to come pick her up.

Months have passed and Len is feeling much better, and has been helping out with the search for his parents. So far, they haven't found them. With the help of some freelance construction workers, they were able to lift the roof and check underneath. Kitchen appliances and utensils, a vacuum, rugs, clothes, pictures which Len took, TVs, and spoiled food, but nothing else. No clue as to what happened to his parents and brother.
The sesrch felt endless, they eventually reached the stairs that led to the basement and searched in there. There were cans of food that have exploded open, his fathers hardware and a table. Something feels off, Len could just sense that something wasn't right. His uncle and his family felt the same way.
"Where could that be? Did they happen to escape?" Asked Jinyoung Kim, Arthur's father.
"No, it couldn't be, my brother would have called Len, or at very least, called us" replied Daiyu Xi, Arthur's mother.
Len was getting more and more frustrated. If their bodies aren't here, then surely they're all alive. But if that's the case, where are they then?
"Len, let's head back son. We've been searching for a while. We should rest a little bit and try to think of other theories about their whereabouts."
Len wanted to continue searching, but his uncle is right. They have tried their best here. There must be another explanation as to where they could be.
He decides to lift a few more blocks, but there was still nothing. Just some more clothes, some star strings, some games that him and his brother Eli would play as kids. And a boot. A rather large one, it was stuck pretty deep into the mud. Both Len and Jinyoung had to pull it out.
"I've never seen this boot before. These are way too large for Dad."
But if it's not his, then who's is it?
