"Where's Yuichiro?" My mother asked as we sat at the dinner table.

Yui never did come home from school. Maybe he's just caught up at his club?

"I don't know. He went to school with us, but I don't think I saw him leave," Mui said.

"I can try calling him," I offered.

My mom was about to answer until her phone started ringing on the counter. She quickly stood to answer it, and after a few moments, she let out a startled scream.

"What happened, dear?!" My father said, quickly going over to her.

Her hand was over her mouth as she put her phone face-down back on the counter. She looked at father, her eyes filled with tears.

"Yuichiro... He's dead."

My hand rested on Mui's hand in an attempt to comfort him as he silently cried. We were at Yui's funeral. It was a beautiful yet melancholy setting. It took everything in me not to cry.

Everyone was here, even Sanemi, and he never attends events. There was a picture of Yui over the urn that held his cremated remains. After this, we were going to our family grave to engrave his name into the stone.

The funeral went on for a while, as did our time at the grave. I was the last one to leave. I sat at the grave, staring at where Yuichiro's name was carved. I'm a twin now. I'm not a younger sister anymore.

I sniffled as I traced his name with my finger, the waterworks finally overcoming me. I cried and cried for what felt like an eternity. I cried until I had no more tears to give. And when I was done, I didn't just feel sad. I felt angry. It was them. They killed my brother.

"Don't worry, Yui..." I murmured softly, "I will avenge you."
