Feyre and mor tells me the whole story. Amarantha's wicked trickery, the curse,feyre's journey from mortal lands to prythian. Her breaking the curse and saving the fae. High Lord of spring and feyre's past to becoming the high lady of night court. And the war with hybern.

"You have come a long way" i tell feyre with a newfound respect for her.

"So have you. Your journey is remarkable. I can't imagine myself in your shoes. You have been through so much. I couldn't handle being locked away in the spring court for days and you were locked in that castle for your whole life.You are strong. I admire you a lot" feyre says heartfully.

"I think you are brave and courageous feyre. You knew nothing about our world still you jumped right in to save your loved ones. You fought against mythical creatures you had only heard in stories. You never yielded to amarantha. You did all these when you were a human. You were weak in a situation doesn't mean you are a weak person. I think you would have managed your way out even without any help. Now you are finally living for yourself not for others. Your strength is admirable. Don't shy away from accepting it" i state.

Feyre's eyes glisten she throws her arms around me, i awkwardly pat her back.

"Everything okay ladies?" cassian asks passing by the living room.

"Yeah they are just trauma bonding" mor jokes.

I snort.

"Okay then continue your moments. I am going to the training ring to stretch" cassian's gaze lingers on me for a while before he walks away.

"So you and cassian huh" mor comments.

"What?" i ask.

"Is something going on between you guys?" feyre asks frowning.

Baffled i decline "No.. there is nothing like that"

"It doesn't feel nothing" mor smirks.

"I don't know what you are talking about" i reply.

"So you don't feel anything for him?" mor asks.

My mouth opens and closes like a fish. I remember how i felt when i was with him. What does that feeling mean.
"How do you know if you feel something for someone?" i ask.

Mor and feyre look at each other. Mor asks "Have you never liked someone before?"

I shrug "In the last year i did hook up with few men but that's all. And before i didn't have the luxury to, although i had a friend. He told me he loved me, i realised it too late. We never got enough time, i couldn't tell him what i felt for him. I don't know much about feelings but i know i liked him back. I never went through the initial stages where you realise you like someone" my eyes glistens remembering jack. I will always feel guilty for not reciprocating his feelings.
He deserved better than that.

Feyre pats my shoulder trying to console me "From my experience, you find yourself always thinking about him, when you're near him he is all you could see, your heart beats like it will burst any moment, you will want to stay close to him. That's how you know you like someone".

"Love is a beautiful thing. You should fall in love once in your life" mor whispers.

"Don't worry it will happen if it's in destiny. Love finds you, you don't find love" feyre says softly.

"Enough of emotional talks for today. Let's give you a house tour" mor says.

They show me around the house.

"We have a library below the house. Rhys has given it to the survivors who are victims of cruelty. No one enters without their consent. It's their safe place." mor says.

We enter a room, rhys, cassian and azriel are discussing something. I could hear their muffled voices.

"Even vallahan refused to sign the treaty. They didn't see the point of treaty when there would be another war" 

"Now even with hybern king's dead its people remained angry. An army might be raised again in hybern and if it united with vallahan, they might try to claim human territory" cassian says.

My attention turns toward them now.

"Cassian you should visit vassa" rhys says.

Casssian nods, he notices me "Come i will drop you home"

He takes me home. I thank him before asking "Are the hybern rebelling again?"

"There hasn't been any movement yet but we suspect they might be onto something. But we have received news that human queens are gathering their armies" he says.

"Human queens?"

"They sided with hybern previously. They are just as greedy and power hungry.They don't care for their people. They refused to form peace treaty with us. Now they must be planning against us. We are looking into them"

Cassian returns while i look at his retreating figure.

The next day Mor winnows Cassian to the human lands where jurian,vassa,and lucien lived. Cassian finds eris with them.

"What are you doing here?" he asks eris.

"I am looking for my soldiers, several dozens of my soldiers were out on patrol a couple days ago and have yet to report back. My hounds couldn't track them beyond their last known location" eris replies.

"His hounds detected strange scents at their last known location, ones that seemed human but were odd" vassa says.

"Human? Do you the other human queens could be behind this?" cassian asks.

"We don't know for sure yet but there is a possibility" vassa says.

"I came here to ask you about them.Do you know what they are upto?" he asks.

"There are rumors that they are stirring again across the sea" she comments.

"We have got an intel that they might be raising an army"

"The only queen that would be bold enough to do something would be Briallyn. She had stepped into the cauldron to become high fae, but the cauldron had instead punished her. She was made an immortal fae but she lost her appearance. She looks like an old withered person now. She could be rebelling."

"But how could she take down all of my soldiers alone" eris interrupts.

"Briallyn is unable to winnow meaning she wouldn't have been able to take your soldiers alone. The only being i could think of who could have helped her is Koschei" she says.

"Your imprisoner? Why would he help them?" eris asks.

"He is a powerful sorcerer, he is capable of doing it even if he is spelled in the lake. He must have some motive behind this" she says.

Cassian and eris returns back.

"My father had met with Briallyn. I think he has already aligned with her" eris whispers.

"Ofcourse he would, we can't expect anything else from him" cassian rolls his eyes.

"He took my soldiers with him and when they returned they were strange. Keep this information quiet, he did it in secrecy only i know this" eris says.

Cassian flies back to velaris.
