[ POV: Y/N ]

-

The last things I remembered was the feeling of falling, my whole body stinging and blood smeared on my skin. I had myself facing the sky, not wanting to know when I'd.. Die.

I had my eyes shut, and my body relaxed, I had accepted this. I just wanted to relieve myself of the worries of when I would possibly die.

My mind silently drifted off to my life, and mostly where I had ended up once I walked through the portal. I was confused, but I guess this was my fate..

As seconds went by, my skin was so hot I couldn't even feel it. I felt the wind as I was pulled downward, towards the ground I went.

My mind was at ease, and I relaxed. I was starting to get a bit impatient, I wasn't sure how far away I was from the ground.

Suddenly, my back hit the ground, it sent a shock of pain straight through my body. I felt limp, but was still alive. Yet I couldn't feel much. I heard an intense ringing in my ears, I felt so fragile.

There must've been so much going right now. Oh how curious I really was, yet confused at the same time.

I let my eyes open up one more time, but all that I saw was a huge cloud of dust, and the dim light of the sun.

So, with that, my eyes fell, and I quietly let my consciousness slip away.

Then, it all just went quiet.
