Chapter 31: Going Out To Collect Supplies
After the three of them were ready to go, they went out after talking to Li Mo and the others.
Dragging the speedboat downstairs, Wen Qian frowned slightly when she met the neighbors living in the corridor.
"Which floor is this?"
The neighbors were shocked to see her, because her notoriety has now spread.
Everyone said that she was crazy, the kind of crazy that murder is not against the law.
"What are you doing downstairs?"
A dozen people huddled together, looking at Wen Qian's trembling voice and asking.
They were all residents who were flooded downstairs. Because the escape passage of this building was relatively wide, they simply gathered together after discussing with each other, thinking that everyone would be able to take care of each other with more people.
At this time, several tents had been set up in the corridor, and a candle was burning on the ground.
In the weak candlelight, they looked at Wen Qian's cold eyebrows and felt that the knife in her hand seemed to be about to chop them down at any minute.
"I asked you which floor this is!"
Wen Qian didn't pay attention when she went downstairs just now. She looked around and didn't see the building sign, but she always felt something was wrong.
Everyone was frightened by her sudden increase in decibels and hurriedly answered.
"Fifth floor! This is the fifth floor!"
"Everything below is flooded! We had no choice but to come here!"
Wen Qian got the answer and her face became even uglier.
The flood has already submerged the fourth floor?
In the previous life, after the heavy rain for a month, only five floors of their building were flooded.
But now, just half a month has passed, and it's already like this...
Realizing that the situation this time is much more serious than last time, Wen Qian no longer delays and immediately jumps out of the window to collect supplies.
The three of them drove the speedboat towards the suburbs and encountered some zombies along the way, but Wen Qian chose to avoid all those who could avoid them, which made Gu Ran a little puzzled.
"Aren't we out here to experience? Why don't we kill the zombies when we see them?"
Wen Qian raised his eyes and glanced at him.
"Don't worry, there are several factories in the suburbs. I want to try my luck and see if there are any supplies."
Gu Ran suddenly realized that stockpiling supplies is indeed more important than killing zombies. They had to race against time and try to get there before others.
Fortunately, the supplies were just distributed today, and the rain was getting heavier, so there were basically no other living people on the street except them.
Wen Rang sat on the assault boat and suddenly felt a little bored.
He looked at Gu Ran, kicked his shoes with his feet, and chatted with him.
