The Library

Hisoka and Illumi went back to their seats next to the window of the cafe, and sat down.
"Illumi, I apologize for triggering those emotions in you; I shouldn't have asked that question." Hisoka said, meaning every word he spoke; he looked at Illumi with true intent.

Illumi looked away, he wasn't upset with Hisoka; he was just really angry at himself for letting out his emotions, even more so about the fact that he let Hisoka see it all.

Their orders had been placed on the table while they were gone in the bathroom. Hisoka picked up his coffee, and sipped at it; it was still very hot, but he didn't mind, he liked the way it burned his tongue. Illumi then picked up his muffin with both hands and started munching on it with small bites, it was quite large, actually. Hisoka found the nibbling cute, but he kept that to himself.

Once they were both finished, Hisoka paid, and the two of them left.

Hisoka could tell that Illumi didn't want to talk about what had happened in the cafe, so he didn't bring it up any further. "Where should we go now?" He asked. "We should find a library, so we can anonymously use the computers for research on where the troupe might be." Answered Illumi. "Oh? You really believe they would let information about their location linger around on the Internet?" "You'd be surprised by what one can find on them. All we really need to figure out first, is what kind of merchandise or information they're looking for at the moment; and then find out how it's acquired." "If you say so." Hisoka replied, and the two of them looked around the village, until they spotted a local library. They walked inside of the library, and Illumi went straight to the computers; while Hisoka looked around at the books.

"It seems the troupe is currently after items at the Underground Auction." Illumi said. "That was quick." Hisoka thought to himself, impressed by Illumi's ability to know exactly what to look for in no time. Hisoka went over to the computer and read what Illumi found. "Apparently the Phantom Troupe is interested in the Underground Auction; which is held every year at the Cemetery Building in Yorknew City, at the beginning of September, where many mafia bosses bid until bankruptcy, for extremely valuable items. That date is coming up." Illumi explained. "I see," Hisoka said, "then I'll book us a flight." He continued, and Illumi nodded; he hadn't been on an airship in a while. Hisoka looked at the computer. "Could you help me find a flight? I'm not too familiar with these big computers." He asked, and Illumi got to work. "The next airship to Yorknew is leaving at 7pm tomorrow." Illumi said, and Hisoka bought them tickets. The two then left the library.
