Jaune: so that's why the time you spend being the Number 1 Hero was gradually being reduced.

All Might: yes. But there is still Hope.

Izuku: what do you mean?

All Might: within me is a Power...a Power that can be passed down. You may have heard speculations about my quirk.

Izuku: the Forums say it's a Strength enhancing quirk but the possibilities are blah blah blah blah......

All Might: partially true but my Quirk has been passed down to many others before it came to me.

Jaune was puzzled by this, his study of quirks for the past few months has stated that Quirks are only Genetically passed down

Izuku was in awe

All Might: One For All.....this power is the crystallization of the previous users' Will made manifest.

And I have chosen the two of you as my Inheritor.

Jaune and Izuku looked at each other for a moment and thought between themselves

Izuku was still thinking while Jaune gave a quick reply

Jaune: pass.

All Might: what?

Jaune: I come from a world where ones worth is measured by what we have been blessed with.

People Only see Talent ( Mecha Shift Weapons and Semblances ) I want to prove to this world that with Hard Work, Preparation, Dedication and Effort can Match or even Surpass sheer Talent.

He then looks at his little brother

Jaune: Izuku the power is yours but make sure that this is what you want.

All Might: ( for him to offer Power to someone else so easily.....this boy is gonna go places.)

Izuku thought about it and nod his head

Izuku: I'm sure.

All Might: a quick response. But may I ask a question uh.

Jaune: Jaune Arc.

All Might: are you from France?

Jaune: No.

All Might: your name reminds me of this Heroine in text books.

Jaune: you mean the martyr Joan of Arc? It's just a coincidence and besides I'm not from there either.

All Might: sorry about that abrupt segway but my real question is, are you Quirkless as well?

Jaune: Yes.

All Might: I apoligize for what I said before Young Midoriya.

Izuku: it's okay, I understand why you said it.

All Might: I'm not saying you can't be a Hero Young Arc. But it Will be Dangerous, it will be Difficult but if being a Hero is what you want.

Jaune nods and he pushes Izuku forward to All Might
